XION is launching the Anti-Grant Grant Program to address some of the most pervasive issues in Web3 grant funding, such as mercenary developers, those who take the funds and don’t deliver, and ill-conceived review processes for how success metrics are met.

With up to $12.6M available across multiple seasons, the program supports top developers building UX-focused, real-world solutions on XION.

Unlike traditional Web3 grants, this initiative prioritizes accountability, with repayable grants, milestone-based funding, and a decentralized review process via Thrive's novel Proof of Value (PoV) that rewards for acting in the network’s best interest when reviewing milestones.
