We are hiring an Account Manager for a marketing agency
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our marketing agency, managing client relationships, project deliverables, and ensuring that clients' marketing goals and objectives are met effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure agency resources align with delivering client satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, requests, and feedback.
2. Project Management
Oversee and manage the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they meet clients' expectations, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, media, and analytics) to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
Track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to clients on performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
3. Strategy and Planning
Work closely with clients to develop and refine marketing strategies, aligning campaigns with business objectives and target audience.
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform client strategies and recommend improvements.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, proposing additional services or solutions to enhance client success.
4. Financial Management
Manage project budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial constraints.
Prepare and present budget proposals, invoices, and financial reports to clients as needed.
5. Reporting and Analytics
Track and measure campaign performance, analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed performance reports and conduct review meetings with clients to discuss outcomes and future steps.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple accounts.
