12. _Sleep_ -
We need 7-8 hours of sound sleep..Because our brain needs enough time to process, organize information and form memory..

13. _Word of caution_ -
2-3 hrs of regular undisturbed focussed study per day is ideal... So keep away from all the social media (fb/whatsapp etc etc) at this time...

14. _Implementation_ -
We are all well versed with these secrets and probably know it all.. but what's lacking is implementation..
We still have long way to go..so let's try to inculcate some good study habits, become more knowledgeable, skillful Doctors in society..

Our Eyes will see only what our Mind knows...
So thorough knowledge is essential..
To gain proper knowledge, no alternative but to work hard ..!!
