- USHARE is the EXCLUSIVE distributor of DTSocialize products and services through Ucards
- WALLEX is an external provider of Trust and Custody account services and therefore carries out custody services including, for those who own them, DTSocialize tokens
Specifically and about Wallex:
- WALLEX IS NOT a partner or investor of DTSocialize
- WALLEX IS NOT a partner or investor of USHARE
- WALLEX IS NOT a promoter or seller of Ucard
- WALLEX IS NOT a promoter or seller of DTSocialize Token
- WALLEX DOES NOT KNOW what Ucards are because Ucards are sold by USHARE
- WALLEX DOES NOT KNOW how the work and commission system of USHARE works
- WALLEX DOES NOT HAVE access to the USHARE or DTSocialize management platforms
Wallex provides DTSocialize with custody trust services and thanks to Wallex the members of the DTCircle ecosystem have, if they want, the possibility to open their own Custody Trust account in which to have the DTSocialize tokens in custody and obviously they can also use the Custody Trust account. for other values, in accordance with Wallex's terms and conditions.
Wallex's services are provided to DTCircle members through the branded platform on the dtcirclecustody.com website.
USHARE customers who purchase a specific Ucard with a price of 3000 euros sold by USHARE, are given the opportunity to open a free account on dtcirclecustody.com.
Obviously, opening an account on dtcirclecustody.com is prohibited for those who have criminal records or precedents that inhibit this person's access to the services offered.
It is important to specify the above, since some Sharers (especially from a particular geographical area) write to Wallex support for information relating to Ucard, Ushare Commissions and other information that WALLEX CANNOT KNOW AND SO IS NOT ABLE TO RESPOND.
USHARE and DTSocialize are very grateful to Wallex for the opportunity to have it as a provider of its unique and innovative services.
However it is important that every Sharer is clear that Wallex's role is explicitly the one mentioned above.
In fact, some Sharers, in addition to writing to Wallex support for information on the operation of UCARDs or the USHARE work system or on DTSocialize products, requests to which, I repeat, Wallex CANNOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER BECAUSE THEY ARE SIMPLY NOT ITSELF. COMPETENCE, they are also disseminating incorrect information on the relationship between Wallex and DTSocialize which are totally separate legal entities and, at least for the moment, ARE NOT MEMBER of each other either directly or indirectly.
Wallex, we repeat to make it clear, is a business partner with whom there is an agreement for the provision of its services to members of our community.
