HFT passing remains, albeit with a limited intake of accounts per month in which we will open and close sign ups intermittently based on.

This means that you can visit the website anytime to potentially acquire an account if the signups are open, however, depending on growth the availability may or may not be available 24/7. There will be an “open” or “closed” message depending on the volume of HFT passes that occur.
