Trump expected to issue tariffs against Canada and Mexico starting March 1, according to sources familiar with the plan.
Trump expected to announce a process for countries to seek exemptions for certain imports, sources say.
US administration official says Trump is reviewing tariff plans, which may allow some exemptions, but they will be "few and far between."
Note this is not confirmed by the administration. So caution is warranted.
Nevertheless if it is postponed, it gives countries time to negotiate a solution to border security, and the fentanyl concerns that the Trump administration has publicly said were issues. The third issue is the trade deficits.

As far as the current situation on AUDNZD is concerned, we note the inside bar formation from which the breakout has occurred and the MACD has turned downwards, creating a bearish divergence. I try not to play against the current trend (downward swing) so I prefer to wait for the end of the bullish correction and join the sellers when the signal on M5 appears. Maybe on the M15 (according to the TFR strategy). Playing with the trend will always give a better result than against the trend

Interesting situation on AUDUD and GBPAUD. We have there outside bars on daily charts. On AUDUSD it is a bullish engulfing, on GBPAUD a bearish engulfing. Breaking out from those patterns might initiate a nice opportunity to trade. But breakout should also change the MACD to bearish in case of GBPAUD and bullish in AUDUSD

Tomorrow (11.10) at 8 GMT+2 we will know the #GDP from the UK. If it turns out to be lower than the expected 0.2%, it could indicate that the UK is entering a period of recession and therefore the market will expect an interest rate cut to ease monetary policy and reduce borrowing costs for businesses. Technically, we note that the price has approached channel support. Defeat of support could bring further declines. However, it cannot be ruled out that the data will be good and that the channel support may stop declines or even reverse direction. The #MACD is currently supporting the declines, but only after the data will we be able to tell if it is time to buy or if it is still worth selling.
