New Income Tax bill 2025 को कल (7 फरवरी) कैबिनेट से मंजूरी मिल सकती है ।
वैसे तो ये बिल #incometax से जुड़े नियमों को आसान बनाने के लिए है । लेकिन इसमें कई प्रावधान ऐसे भी किए जा सकते हैं जिसे लागू होने के बाद इनकम टैक्स में राहत के लिए बजट तक का इंतज़ार नहीं करना होगा और ना ही income tax act में संशोधन करने की ज़रूरत होगी ।
कैबिनेट से मंजूरी मिलने के बाद सोमवार को लोकसभा में पेश किया जा सकता है और इसे standing committee के पास भेजा जा सकता है ।

PFC: पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन की यूनिट पीएफसी कंसल्टिंग ने अपनी दो यूनिट्स को पावरग्रिड और जीआरइंफ्रा प्रोजेक्ट्स को टांसफर कर दिया है. पीएफसी कंसल्टिंग ने Gadag II एंड Koppa II ट्रांसमिशन को 13.23 करोड़ रुपये में पावर ग्रिड को ट्रांसफर किया और बीजापुर रेज ट्रांसमिशन को 111.40 करोड़ रुपये में जीआर इंफ्राप्रोजेक्ट्स को ट्रांसफर किया. कंपनी का शेयर गुरुवार को 1.87 फीसदी की तेजी के साथ 435.55 रुपये पर बंद हुआ.

डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प के शपथ ग्रहण से पहले अमेरिकी बाजारों में की शुरुआत तेजी के साथ हुई. बैंकों के अच्छे नतीजों ने बाजार की तेजी को सहारा दिया. लेकिन एप्पल के शेयर में आई गिरावट से बाजार पर दबाव बढ़ा और प्रमुख बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स गिरकर बंद हुए. डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प के शपथ ग्रहण से पहले निवेशकों के सतर्क रहने के कारण गुरुवार को अमेरिकी बाजार गिरावट के साथ बंद हुए. बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स डाओ जोन्स और एसएंडपी 500 दोनों ही दिन के अंत में 0.2% की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुए, जबकि नैस्डैक में 0.9% की तेज गिरावट आई, जो बड़े टेक शेयरों के खराब प्रदर्शन अहम कारण है. इन्हीं संकेतों के चलते एशियाई बाजारों की शुरुआत मिलीजुली हुई है. ऑस्ट्रेलिया के प्रमुख इंडेक्स ASX 200 में आधा फीसदी की तेजी है. जापान के निक्केई में एक फीसदी की गिरावट है. चीन के बाजार शंघाई में भी आधा फीसदी की गिरावट है. भारतीय गिफ्ट निफ्टी में मामूली गिरावट है. ऐसे में भारतीय बाजारों पर शुरुआती दबाव दिख सकता है.

एप्पल के शेयर में साल की सबसे बड़ी गिरावट- चीन में आईफोन की बिक्री में कमी की कई रिपोर्टों के बाद, गुरुवार को एप्पल का शेयर 4% नीचे बंद हुआ, जो 5 अगस्त के बाद से इसका सबसे बड़ी गिरावट है.

और क्या हुआ बाजार में...एप्पल: 4% की गिरावट, जो अगस्त 2024 के बाद से इसका सबसे खराब दिन है. टेस्ला: 3% की गिरावट, जो हाल ही में जारी गिरावट का रुझान है. एनवीडिया: 2% की गिरावट, जो निवेशकों की सावधानी को दर्शाता है.

अल्फाबेट: 1% की गिरावट, जो टेक दिग्गजों के लिए एक कठिन दिन था. बैंकों के नतीजे: मिलेजुले रहे है. व्यापक बाजार की कमजोरी के बावजूद, बैंक ने कुछ मामलों में बाजारों के अनुमान से बेहतर प्रदर्शन किया है.

Anshul Khandelwal has resigned as Chief Marketing Officer, and Suvonil Chatterjee has quit as Chief Technology & Product Officer of the company, effective December 27, due to personal reasons.

Prestige Estates Projects
The south-based real estate developer has transferred three of its hospitality undertakings to its subsidiary, Prestige Hospitality Ventures, for Rs 313 crore. The hospitality undertakings include Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills, A Tribute Portfolio Resort; the underlying land along with all rights at Moxy Outer Ring Road; and a 57.45% equity stake in Prestige Leisure Resorts. The company is consolidating its hospitality assets under a single vertical.

Computer Age Management Services

Pullakurthi Srinivasa Reddy has resigned as Chief Technology Officer of the company, effective December 27. Furthermore, the board has approved an additional investment of Rs 8 crore in its subsidiary, CAMS Financial Information Services, through a rights issue in one or more tranches.

Hero MotoCorp

The company has extended its partnership with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc to expand the Harley-Davidson X440 into new variants and to develop and manufacture a new motorcycle.

Aerpace Industries

AerVolt has secured an order worth Rs 97.5 crore for the supply of 50 MWp high-efficiency 595 Wp TOPCon technology smart solar panels. Delivery of the 595 Wp TOPCon bifacial solar panels for this tender is scheduled to begin in April 2025.

Coforge

The board has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Cigniti Technologies with Coforge. Currently, Coforge holds 54% of Cigniti's expanded share capital. Cigniti shareholders will receive one equity share of Coforge for every five shares held.

PNC Infratech

The company has received in-principle approval from the National Highways Authority of India for the transfer of 100% of the stake held by its subsidiary, PNC Infra Holdings, in PNC Chitratlurga Highways (special purpose vehicle) to Highways Infrastructure Trust.

Fortis Healthcare

The board has approved the appointment of Leo Puri as an Additional Independent Director, and he has also been designated as the Chairman, effective December 27.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

The board has approved the sale of NPA and written-off loans to an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), including unsecured stressed microfinance loans of Rs 355 crore. The reserve price for stressed microfinance loans is set at Rs 52 crore.

The board has appointed Sanjay Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective January 1, 2025.

NSE ने 45 नए शेयरों की लिस्ट जारी की है, जो 29 नवंबर से F&O ट्रेडिंग लिस्ट में शामिल होंगे. नए शेयरों में Adani Energy, Adani Green Energy और Angel One, APL Apollo, Adani Total Gas, Bank of India का नाम शामिल है.

अनुमान के मुताबिक अक्टूबर रिटेल महंगाई के बाद अमेरिकी बाजार मिले-जुले रहे. 300 अंकों की रेंज में कारोबार के बीच डाओ 50 अंक चढ़ा तो नैस्डैक 50 अंक गिरकर बंद हुआ. GIFT निफ्टी 30 अंक गिरकर 23625 के पास था, तो डाओ फ्यूचर्स सुस्त तो निक्केई में 150 अंकों की तेजी आई.

उधर, डॉलर इंडेक्स एक साल की ऊंचाई पर पहुंच गया है. लगातार चौथे दिन बढ़त के साथ 106.50 के पास पहुंचा तो 10 साल की अमेरिकी बॉन्ड यील्ड भी साढ़े चार महीने की ऊंचाई पर 4.5 परसेंट के करीब था. मजबूत डॉलर से सोना 30 डॉलर टूटकर 2575 डॉलर के पास तो चांदी एक परसेंट नीचे आ गई. घरेलू बाजार में सोना 450 रुपए गिरकर 74500 के नीचे तो चांदी सपाट थी. कच्चा तेल सीमित दायरे में 72 डॉलर के पास कायम था.

FII Ownership of Indian Shares Drops to 12-Year Low, DIIs Set to Overtake FIIs as Biggest Owners After Promoters

1) FII Ownership at 12-Year Low
Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) now hold only 15.98% of shares in NSE-listed companies, the lowest in 12 years. In October, FIIs' total equity assets dropped to Rs 71.08 lakh crore, a decrease of 8.8% from Rs 77.96 lakh crore in September. This is the biggest fall since March 2020.

2) DII Market Share Hits a New High
As of September, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) raised their share in NSE-listed companies to 16.46%, closing the gap with FIIs, who hold 17.55%.

3) October Flow of Funds
In October, DIIs saw a big inflow of Rs 1,07,255 crore, while FIIs had an outflow of Rs 94,017 crore.

4) November Flow of Funds
FIIs sold another Rs 15,000 crore worth of shares in November, making DIIs’ position even stronger in the market.

5) Combined DII + Retail Share
The combined share of DIIs, retail investors, and High worth individuals (HNIs) reached 26.04% in Q2.

Currently FIIs hold 15.98% of Indian shares, while DIIs and Indian retail investors together hold 26.04%. The rest of the shares are with promoters.

6) Global FPI Trends

- General Outflows: 8 out of 11 global markets saw net FPI outflows, highlighting a risk-off sentiment globally.
- China saw FPI inflows more than double that of India in September, adding to the shift in investment preferences. In Asia, after China - Taiwan, Philippines, and Japan saw net inflows.
- Markets like the Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam also saw declines, but India’s drop was the steepest.

घरेलू शेयर बाजारों में बड़ा ही उतार-चढ़ाव वाला माहौल है. सोमवार की भारी-भरकम गिरावट के बाद मंगलवार को बाजारों में अच्छी रिकवरी आई थी. और आज बुधवार (6 नवंबर) को अमेरिका में राष्ट्रपति चुनावों के नतीजों के पहले ग्लोबल बाजारों का मूड अच्छा दिख रहा है. आज बाजार की नजर Dow Futures पर रहेगी. कल अमेरिकी बाजारों में जबरदस्त तेजी दिखाई दी. एशियाई बाजारों में अधिकतर तेजी थी. निक्केई करीब 600 अंक उछला था. हालांकि, Gift Nifty 48 अंकों की गिरावट लेकर 24,248 पर कारोबार कर रहा था. चुनावी नतीजों और आज से शुरू होने वाली फेड मीटिंग से पहले डाओ फ्यूचर्स में 300 अंकों की शानदार तेजी दिखाई दी.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals

Promoter Torrent Investments is likely to sell up to 2.9% of its stake in Torrent Pharma via block deals, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources. The floor price is set at Rs 3,022.71 per share, with a base size of the issue at Rs 2,500 crore and an upsize option of Rs 500 crore. Torrent Investments held a 71.25% stake in Torrent Pharma as of September 2024.

Reliance Industries

The company's subsidiary, Reliance New Energy, presently holds a 92.01% equity stake in Faradion. Reliance New Energy has acquired the remaining equity stake from the existing shareholders of Faradion on October 28. With this acquisition, Faradion has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance New Energy.

RITES

The transport infrastructure consultancy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant (SAIL-BSL), under the Ministry of Steel, to collaborate on project management consultancy for rail connectivity works. These consultancy works involve both existing and new railway tracks across various sites within the Bokaro Steel Plant in Jharkhand.

Fortis Healthcare

The company has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for the acquisition of the entire stake held by the International Finance Corporation, NYLIM Jacob Ballas India Fund III LLC, and Resurgence PE Investments in Agilus Diagnostics. Agilus is a material subsidiary of the company.

Sar Televenture

The Board has given its approval for the company to acquire a 91% stake in Tikona Infinet from the existing shareholders for Rs 669.04 crore. The amount will be paid via a cash payout of Rs 374.85 crore and a share swap of Rs 294.19 crore. Tikona provides wireless broadband services for home and enterprise customers in India.

घरेलू शेयर बाजारों में मंथली एक्सपायरी वाले हफ्ते में बाजार थोड़ी रिकवरी दिखा रहे हैं. सोमवार के बाद मंगलवार भी अच्छा कारोबार देखने को मिला. हां, बाजार में उतार-चढ़ाव भी था, लेकिन इंडेक्सेस ने गिरावट को कवर भी किया. ऐसे में आज बुधवार (30 अक्टूबर) के कारोबार पर खास नजर रहेगी.

ग्लोबल और घरेलू ट्रिगर्स पॉजिटिव ही दिख रहे थे. हां, गिफ्ट निफ्टी 35 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 24,445 के आसपास दिख रहा था. अमेरिकी वायदा बाजारों में बढ़त के साथ ट्रेडिंग हो रही थी. विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशकों की ओर से भी पॉजिटिव संकेत मिल रहे हैं. FIIs ने कल स्टॉक और इंडेक्स फ्यूचर्स में करीब 3000 करोड़ रुपए की खरीदारी की तो कैश में 550 करोड़ रुपए की पिछले 4 महीने में सबसे छोटी बिकवाली आई. वहीं, DIIs की खरीदारी लगातार 26वें दिन जारी रही.

धनतेरस पर सोने का नया रिकॉर्ड बना. घरेलू बाजार में 79,300 रुपए के पास तो अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में 2800 डॉलर के करीब लाइफ हाई बनाया. चांदी में भी 2% का उछाल आया. अमेरिका में लगातार चौथे दिन तेजी के साथ नैस्डैक 150 अंक चढ़कर लाइफ हाई पर बंद हुआ तो उतार-चढ़ाव के बीच डाओ 150 अंक गिरा. आज आने वाले Q3 GDP आंकड़ों से पहले डाओ फ्यूचर्स 75 अंक ऊपर तो निक्केई 350 अंक मजबूत दिखा. मिडिल ईस्ट तनाव ठंडा होने की उम्मीद में कच्चा तेल एक महीने के निचले स्तर पर 71 डॉलर के नीचे फिसला.
