When I was a kid, I always wanted to buy Kinder Joy or that Dairy Milk silk. Since these chocolates were expensive, I knew I couldn’t afford them.

But today, I have enough to buy as many as I want, whenever I want, yet I never do.

When you can’t have something, you perceive it as highly valuable, only to realise later that its value was never real.

It wasn’t that these things lost their worth; they never had it in the first place, it was just your perception.

Apply this to everything in life.

When we don’t have something or can’t afford it, we often believe it has the power to make us happy or improve our lives. But in reality, that may not be true.

Apply the same logic to board exams. Aim for 100%, but don’t assume your life lacks value and worth right now. Be happy and content.
