We are aware of rumors suggesting that we do not fulfill HTB (Help to Buy) services and instead resell tickets to others. Let us clarify: for those who have engaged with us, you know that our priority has always been to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Here’s how we operate:
- For members using our HTB service, our goal is to secure your first choice of tickets. If that isn’t possible, we always offer you alternative tickets before listing them in the main channel & typically receive cheaper prices compared to public listings, as part of how we prioritize and take care of you guys.

While we try to fulfill every request, we’ve never claimed to achieve a 100% success rate for HTB. By partnering with our partners, we ensure that both our current and new members have access to tickets—often at rates far below market prices.

For those questioning the anonymity of our partners, consider this: would you publicly disclose your income? Transparency matters, but privacy and professionalism also play a role in how we operate.
