Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit filed Monday.
The accuser, who goes by John Doe in the lawsuit, claims he flew to New York City with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with the rapper when the incident allegedly unfolded, TMZ reports.
In the docs — filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and obtained by TMZ — the plaintiff claims he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden. He says he rapped several songs to Combs, who allegedly told him he could turn him into a star.
Diddy, 54, then allegedly asked the child how badly he wanted to be a star, to which the accuser told him that he would do “anything.”
Combs allegedly had someone from his team give the child a soda, causing him to feel a “little funny” after drinking it. The accuser alleged that the soda may have been laced with GHB or ecstasy.
The “I’ll Be Missing You” artist allegedly told the child, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” before proceeding to allegedly force the youngster into performing oral sex.
The plaintiff then allegedly passed out, and claims that, when he awoke, his pants were undone and he believed he had been sexually assaulted.

So they’re AGAIN telling us we won’t know the results on Election Night.
Don’t forget, they did this in 2020 when they stopped counting votes in battleground states where Trump was running away with it. Remember the “water pipe burst” in Georgia?

A North Carolina voting rule might disrupt the upcoming election following a major disaster declaration due to Hurricane Helene. North Carolina law requires voters to present photo ID, but this requirement can be waived for those affected by a “natural disaster” declared by either the governor or president. Dockworkers at ports from Maine to Texas began walking picket lines early Tuesday in a strike over wages and automation that could reignite inflation and cause shortages of goods if it goes on more than a few weeks.
The contract between the ports and about 45,000 members of the International Longshoremen’s Association expired at midnight, and even though progress was reported in talks on Monday, the workers went on strike. The strike affecting 36 ports is the first by the union since 1977.
