Dear Community,
Two months ago, we acquired the TFF brand from Thomas Cobain. However, the situation presented to us was far from accurate. Despite our best efforts to resolve these discrepancies and settle the disputes with him, we were unable to reach a constructive resolution.
After weeks of intensive discussions with our legal team and careful consideration from our board, weโve made the challenging decision to transfer ownership of The Forex Funder (TFF) brand back to Thomas Cobain (Tommy) until the court issues a final ruling on the disputed ownership. This decision was not taken lightly, as it comes amidst a complex legal dispute, and we believe it is the most responsible course of action under the current circumstances.
We understand this may come as unexpected news, and we want to reassure our community that we are fully committed to a fair and just outcome. Our legal team has put forward a strong case, and we have complete confidence in the strength of our position. We believe that, once all evidence is presented in court, we will reach a favorable and undisputed decision that will allow us to proceed confidently.
Once this legal matter is resolved, we are eager to resume the exciting journey of rebuilding TFF and fulfilling our mission. Our commitment to creating a supportive, transparent, and growth-driven platform for all members remains stronger than ever.

โข Challenges from $300K to $1M will be removed. (Max allocation can still be achieved via merging passed accounts.)
โข Going forward, discounts will be capped at 35%โno more large promos.

We are aware of the unfounded allegations made today by Thomas Jay Cobain, also known as @TJFX98. These claims are not only baseless but also ridiculous, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation.
Our acquisition of The Forex Funder (TFF) was driven by the goal of rebuilding a brand that could become one of the top-performing prop firms in the industry. Since taking over, our focus has been on enhancing the experience for traders by providing new levels of service and offering in-demand trading platforms. Key improvements include:
โข A complete rebuild of the CRM system
โข The addition of three new trading platforms to better serve our traders
โข The creation of a more transparent community, where traders have direct communication with management
From the start, we requested an accurate and truthful representation of the brand and the companies involved. Unfortunately, we were presented with false and misleading information. During our due diligence, significant discrepancies were uncovered. Our legal team, along with the new management, made numerous attempts to communicate with Thomas Jay Cobain to address these issues and move forward. Regrettably, Tommy chose to ignore any reasonable dialogue, instead providing unsustainable and confusing statements. Rather than supplying evidence to back his claims, he resorted to making false and baseless accusations publicly.
Additionally, Tommy has made claims against service providers who were in no way involved in this transaction. We want to clarify that these service providers have no connection to the current issues and should not be implicated in his baseless allegations.
One example of the many discrepancies we uncovered, which we can publicly disclose, is a lawsuit against TFF Group UK LTD, in which Tommy is being sued for unpaid invoices totaling ยฃ239,627.50.
Our legal team is actively handling this matter, and we are confident that the truth will prevail.
To our valued traders, please rest assured that this situation does not affect our commitment to you. Our plans for The Forex Funder remain unchanged, and we are working diligently to go live as soon as possible, ensuring that your trading experience is not disrupted by these external matters.
