Earlier, the order for the construction of railway PFTs at Dharmapura and Susheel Nagar in the Ballari district, awarded to the company on a project management consultancy (PMC) basis, has now been converted to a turnkey basis.

The Anil Ambani family-owned Reliance Infrastructure plans to invest Rs 10,000 crore over the next decade to establish the largest integrated facility for manufacturing explosives, ammunition, and small arms in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The company has been allocated 1,000 acres in the Watad industrial area for the development of the Dhirubhai Ambani Defence City (DADC).
Zomato
The Board of food delivery aggregator Zomato approved raising up to Rs 8,500 crore through a qualified institutions placement (QIP). The fund raise is meant to strengthen the balance sheet at this point, the company said in a filing.
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS)
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has made a further investment in tranches by acquiring an additional equity stake of 2.21% in Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited, material subsidiary of the company.
