"Expected in November", this means that the update preparation will begin in November, not the firmware deployment.

✔️ Only Xiaomi 14 series, Xiaomi 14T series, Xiaomi MIX FLIP, POCO X6 Pro and POCO F6 Pro will receive the update in November.
Similarly, the update will be released for Xiaomi 13 series and POCO F6 in December.
