Primary Role Overview
The Social Media and Office Administrative Officer will manage SEVASO Group's social media presence,
ensuring consistent engagement and growth while supporting the administrative operations of the office. This
role requires collaboration with the marketing and management teams to execute social strategies and ensure
the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Implement and enhance the company's social media strategy to drive engagement and revenue.
Manage and oversee all company social media accounts daily.
Stay informed about trends and competitor activities, providing insights and monthly reports to the
Head of Marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the companys digital presence.
Create engaging, innovative, and creative content for social media platforms.
Design promotional materials to align with the companys branding.
Actively represent the company in social spaces, answering questions and engaging with the audience.
Office Administration
Ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office by managing administrative processes.
Supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper record retention and disposal.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage reception, emails, and main telephone lines.
Update and maintain databases, particularly the company customer database.
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the sales department, including offer preparation and
customer tracking.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
General Responsibilities
Foster strong relationships with external agencies, stakeholders, and the general public to enhance the
companys reputation.
Uphold strict confidentiality in all job-related matters.
Adhere to professional and ethical standards at all times.
Actively promote and support the companys strategy, mission, and values.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Fire regulations.
Perform additional duties as requested by the Line Manager or Chief Executive.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a social media marketing role.
