فرق زودگیر بتن با زودگیر ملات چیه؟
"👈 افزودنی های زودگیر به دو دسته ی کلی تقسیم میشن:
1️⃣ زودگیرهای دارای یون کلر
2️⃣ زودگیرهای فاقد یون کلر

⛔️ برای بتن های آرمه (بتن هایی که داخلش فولاد به کار رفته، الیاف فولادی، میلگرد، اسکوپ یا...)، استفاده از زودگیرهای دارای یون کلر ممنوع است! چون باعث خوردگی فولاد میشه.

🤔 برای تشخیص وجود یون کلر در زودگیر بتن سه راه وجود داره :
1️⃣ آزمایش تشخیص کلرید محلول در آب که خیلی هزینه بردار و زمانبره! استاندارد ملی ایران شماره ۸۱۱۷-۱۰
2️⃣ از روی بسته بندی یا کاتالوگ مقدار یون کلر خوانده شود.
3️⃣ معمولا در بازار زودگیرهای دارای یون کلر با عنوان «زودگیر یا ضد یخ ملات» و زودگیرهای فاقد یون کلر با عنوان «زودگیر بتن» فروخته میشن."
