MOSL on Laurus Labs - maximum impact of 4-5% on EBITDA.

President’s Emergency plan for AIDS relied (PEPFAR) funding is about 20% of total ARV programs ongoing at global level.

ARV sales for Laurus is about Rs 2400 cr forming 46% of sales

PEPFAR related ARV business would be ~Rs 500 cr, forming 9% of consolidated sales

ARV business is relatively less profitable business compared to other segments of Laurus

Maximum impact on EBITDA could be the tune of 4-5% of FY26 EBITDA

Laurus has stopped investment for ARV business almost a year back.

Laurus lab ....it's cdmo capacity is under utilized..,..and second half will be full of orders n execution.....cdmo business margins are 30%>>>

Right now operating margins are 15 to 17% ..

But we will see this at 25% very soon.... improvements should be visible from this quarter results...

Right now pat is 1000 crores...and I m expecting it to be 2000 crores in next 1-2 years...

So forward pe is just 14 now ...

So it becomes the most undervalued share in pharma industry which has the great cdmo capacity....

Some highlights from supreme power call today:
1. 120+ Order Pipeline, ₹62 cr orderbook
2. Revenue 550+ cr plan by FY27-28
3. Preferential share plan
4. Substation business just started and possible 2-3 order by Fy24 end.
5. ₹130-140 cr FY25 rev
6. 10-11% margin
Overall, the growth might be low for some quarters before picking up with their new plant. Let’s wait for the numbers and concall. I’m happy with 140cr topline compared to 110 the previous year as I’m assuming this is conservative guidance but if they can go from 107cr to 550cr in FY27-28, this would be a very big jump.
