I think Mark Zuckerberg is going to testify against various deep state players about 2020 election interference and the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop.

What's more significant though is that he will advocate for an Internet Bill of Rights (IBOR), claiming that he had no ability to stop the censorship because it was demanded by big advertisers, and he would have been breaking the law by dishonoring his obligation to the shareholders to make profit.

He will claim that there needs to be an IBOR to provide a legal framework that enforces freedom of speech online. Otherwise policy can be driven by large advertisers and investors without any way to counter.

With all the talk about the 'Online Safety Amendment (Social Media Minimum Age) Bill 2024' currently in the Australian Senate, it's starting to look like the bill will pass, but considering the current political and social environment, this bill is likely to backfire badly on the administrative state.

Even if the bill passes, it's only going to start all of the right conversations, expose even more corruption, and X is likely to end up in court claiming that it cannot be classified as a "social media" platform because posting and blogging isn't it's "primary purpose".

It's going to be a basket case for the communists and administrative state. They're all too used to being allowed to dictate terms, and not actually have to justify their position. They wont be able to handle the challenges levelled against them.

X is becoming the everything app. With AI, News, Research capabilities, and of course the upcoming X-Pay payment platform, the courts will likely exclude it from any ban.

All that will end up happening is that the establishment social media platforms like Snapchat and Facebook that are controlled and enforce censorship will be banned.
