Remedy in Law Should Be Private and This is Why

I want to share an analogy that one of my mentors taught me many years ago and it's the main reason I only discuss certain aspects of the law in the public and the real stuff in private. People sometimes want me to go deeper or give away certain remedies on videos or livestreams, which I have never done nor will I ever do.

I follow a very strict policy when discussing law in public and that is to speak about things in a broad enough way so that those who know or are on the path, will be able to piece some parts together. But when it comes to specific remedies or solutions, I only share these things in private and this is the main reason.

Imagine we're all on the Titanic approaching an iceberg and it's clear that it's going to crash and sink. The Titanic is a metaphor for today's society and 95% of people on the boat are completely drunk. This represents the majority of people in society today that are either NPC's, completely asleep or just apathetic to anything outside of their own hedonism and narcissism. The other 5% of people on the boat represents us. The ones who can use our own eyes to see without propaganda to interpret the world for us. The 5% of people on the boat can clearly see that we're going to hit the iceberg in minutes and the rest of people have no idea or even any capacity to react.
Time slows down and the 5% have minutes to decide what to do in order to survive. We quickly realize that if we tell everyone that we're going to crash and sink, we may cause a panic, which could rock the boat off-balance, sinking it faster and ensuring that far less people will survive. So, what we do is quietly and quickly get in single file and in an orderly fashion get to the lifeboats one at a time. That's how it works. There will be no revolution without catastrophic consequences.

Therefor, it is better to make sure that priority goes to the people who are awake and aware. The masses are asleep, drunk and or apathetic anyways, so who cares. Get your affairs in order, get in line and get on the lifeboats one at a time.
This is why I only discuss remedy in private and nothing I teach in this regard is scaleable, unlike my online courses. It is intentionally throttled to give care and attention to everyone who is there to learn and practice.

All revolutions get co-opted and most people are asleep anyways. So, who cares? Why waste time trying to convince them of anything? Get your assets and affairs in order so that you can honourably and peacefully walk away quietly before the world descends into chaos. This way, you can get your stuff out and get to the high ground (metaphorically and literally). This way, not only do you have a better chance of surviving, but you'll also be a more effective resource for those in need when the time comes. If you get caught up in the hysteria of revolution with everyone else at the moment that everyone wakes up, you'll be less effective because you'll be competing for limited resources with desperate and starving masses.
This is why I teach my Law & Equity workshops in private.

Hey folks, if you were hoping to come to the Kelowna workshop, it is already almost sold out. It's all first come, first serve. There was spill over from the last 2 workshops, so this one is moving faster as a result.

There are 5 things I have done to be free. By free, I mean, I live with about 95% freedom to do what I want in life.

The last 5% mostly come down to geography and money.

Here we go…

1. The first was to get out of the city. People who rely on government, vote for more government. Get away from them and you get away from most of your problems. The Covid show was a perfect example of this. The cities were far more tyrannical than the small towns or rural areas.

2. Control as many of your resources as possible. Primarily, food, water, energy and shelter. I produce and control most of these things and don’t need to ask any permission for them. This of course, creates more responsibility and work, but it’s work you own 100%.

3. My children are not in public school and my wife and I don’t answer to anyone regarding their education. We are not bound by a school season and or school holidays.

4. I have no mortgage or major debt. I have used small debt and financing here and there to get me through big expenses periods on my homestead build, but they are all manageable and paid off as I go. Money and debt is the biggest leverage over you.

5. Lastly, I have an understanding of how the law works based in reality and not “hopes and dreams”. The world as it is versus the world as it ought to be. I know my legal definitions and history. This allows me to use the best parts of the system and avoid the worst.

This entire year, I have been teaching people how to get the highest degree of freedom that is possible in Canada. Land, Law and Equity. I have been running small (in-person) workshops where I share the things I have done to get there. I present evidence and my letters.

Do you own your homestead property with or without a mortgage?

I discovered recently that in BC, the enforceable policies on your land, actually come from the bank, not the municipality.

If you want to be able to do whatever you want on your homestead property, you have to own it without a mortgage or have a lender that doesn't require municipal compliance on your lending agreement.

As I've said in the past, where the money flows, the policy goes.
