१. सिल्विया वाल्बी (१९९०) - '"थिओरायझिंग पॅट्रियार्की"'
●वाल्बी यांनी पितृसत्तेची संकल्पना सामाजिक रचना आणि प्रथांची व्यवस्था म्हणून केली जी स्त्रियांवर पुरुषी वर्चस्व कायम ठेवते.
●त्यांनी पितृसत्तेच्या सहा संरचना ओळखल्या: घरगुती उत्पादन, पगारी काम, संस्कृती, लैंगिकता, हिंसा आणि राज्य.
●या अभ्यासाने खाजगी आणि सार्वजनिक पितृसत्तेच्या चौकटींचे विश्लेषण करण्यासाठी एक चौकट प्रदान केली.

२. हेडी हार्टमन (१९७६) - ""कॅपिटॅलिझम अँड पॅट्रियार्की"
●हार्टमन यांनी असा युक्तिवाद केला की भांडवलशाही आणि पितृसत्ता ही एकमेकांत गुंफलेली व्यवस्था आहे जी कामाच्या ठिकाणी आणि घरात स्त्रियांच्या श्रमाचे शोषण करते.
●त्यांच्या विश्लेषणामुळे आर्थिक आणि स्त्री-पुरुष श्रेणीबद्धतेअंतर्गत स्त्रियांवर होणारे दुहेरी अत्याचार समजून घेण्यास मदत झाली.

3. एन ओकले (1974) - "द सोशियोलॉजी ऑफ हाउसवर्क"
●ओकले यांच्या संशोधनात स्त्रियांनी केलेले बिनपगारी घरगुती श्रम आणि पितृसत्ताक रचना टिकवून ठेवण्याची त्यांची भूमिका अधोरेखित करण्यात आली.
●या अभ्यासामुळे श्रमाच्या लैंगिक विभागणीवरील वादविवादांचा पाया रचला गेला.

4) गेर्डा लर्नर (1986) - "द क्रिएशन ऑफ पॅट्रियार्की"
●लर्नर यांनी पितृसत्तेच्या ऐतिहासिक विकासाचा शोध लावला, त्याचे मूळ सुरुवातीच्या संस्कृतींमध्ये शोधून काढले.
●शतकानुशतके पितृसत्ताक रचना कशा प्रकारे संस्थात्मक झाल्या हे तिच्या कार्याने दाखवून दिले.

5)रेविन कोनेल (1995) - "मस्क्युलिनिटीज"
●कोनेल यांनी वर्चस्ववादी पुरुषत्वाची संकल्पना मांडली, पुरुषत्वाच्या विशिष्ट प्रकारांना इतरांपेक्षा कसे विशेषाधिकार दिले जातात आणि ते पितृसत्ताक व्यवस्था कशा प्रकारे टिकवतात हे स्पष्ट केले.
●या अभ्यासाने पुरुषसत्तेची गतिशीलता तपासून पितृसत्तेची समज वाढवली.

6. नॅन्सी चोडोरो (1978) - "द रिप्रॉडक्शन ऑफ मदरिंग"
●चोडोरो यांनी कौटुंबिक रचना आणि बालसंगोपन पद्धती लैंगिक भूमिका आणि पितृसत्ताक विचारधारा कशा टिकवून ठेवतात याचे विश्लेषण केले.

●रेगे यांनी मुख्य प्रवाहातील स्त्रीवादी प्रवचनांवर जात आणि पितृसत्ता यांच्या भेदाकडे दुर्लक्ष केल्याबद्दल टीका केली.
●जात आणि लिंग या दुहेरी दडपशाहीखाली दलित महिलांच्या अनोख्या अनुभवांवर त्यांच्या अभ्यासात भर देण्यात आला.

8. नायला कबीर (1994) - रिवर्स्ड रियलिटीज़: जेंडर हायार्कीज़ इन डेवलपमेंट थॉट

1. अंक सिंहावलोकन: बिनपगारी काळजीचे काम, पालकत्व आणि घरगुती जबाबदाऱ्यांच्या माध्यमातून स्त्रियांचे योगदान आर्थिक निकषांमध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात अदृश्य राहते.राष्ट्रीय खात्यांमध्ये विनावेतन कामगारांना मान्यता देण्याची गरज जेणेकरून त्याचे आर्थिक मूल्य प्रतिबिंबित होईल.

2. जीडीपीमध्ये सध्याचा समावेश : राष्ट्रीय लेखा प्रणाली (1993 पासून) जीडीपीमध्ये घरगुती उत्पादनाचा समावेश करते परंतु विनावेतन काळजी कार्य वगळते.अनियमित वेळ वापर सर्वेक्षणामुळे विनावेतन मजुरीचे व्यापक मोजमाप मर्यादित होते.

३. भारतावरील प्रमुख अभ्यास :
√लेखक: सत्यानंद साहू, कौस्तुव के. सरकार आणि अमित कुमार.
डेटा स्त्रोत: सीएमआयईद्वारे ग्राहक पिरॅमिड्स घरगुती सर्वेक्षण (सीपीएचएस), 2019-2023 दरम्यान 15+ वयोगटातील व्यक्तींचा समावेश आहे.
√निष्कर्ष:
श्रमशक्तीत नसलेल्या स्त्रिया दररोज >७ तास बिनपगारी घरगुती आणि देखभालीच्या कामावर घालवतात.
नोकरदार महिला : दररोज ५.८ तास.
बेरोजगार पुरुष : <४ तास; नोकरदार पुरुष: दररोज 2.7 तास.

4. मूल्यांकन पद्धती:
√ग्रॉस अपॉर्च्युनिटी कॉस्ट (जीओसी) : अकुशल मजुरांच्या मजुरीचा वापर बिनपगारी कामाच्या आर्थिक फायद्यांना महत्त्व देण्यासाठी करतो.
√रिप्लेसमेंट कॉस्ट मेथड (आरसीएम): समान कामांसाठी तुलनात्मक बाजार वेतनावर आधारित मूल्याचा अंदाज.

5. विनावेतन कामाचा आर्थिक परिणाम :
√भारतात बिनपगारी कामाचा वाटा अंदाजे २२.७ लाख कोटी रुपये म्हणजेच जीडीपीच्या ७.५ टक्के आहे.
√स्त्रियांचे बिनपगारी काम जीडीपीच्या सुमारे ६१% आहे (चौधरी एट अल., २००९).
महिलांचा श्रमशक्तीतील सहभाग वाढल्यास (२७ टक्क्यांपर्यंत) संभाव्य जीडीपी वाढेल.

6. वैश्विक संदर्भ:
√संयुक्त राष्ट्र एसडीजी 5, लक्ष्य 5.4: 2030 पर्यंत विनावेतन काळजी आणि घरगुती कामांना मान्यता द्या.
√उदाहरण: एपीईसी देशांमध्ये विनावेतन काम जीडीपीमध्ये 9% योगदान देते (एपीईसी 2022).

7. मौद्रिक मूल्यांकन निष्कर्ष (भारत):
√2019-20 : 49.5 लाख कोटी रुपये (जीओसी) आणि 65.1 लाख कोटी रुपये (आरसीएम) मूल्याचे विनावेतन घरगुती काम, जीडीपीच्या अनुक्रमे 24.6% आणि 32.4%.
√कोविड-19 प्रभाव: 2020-21 मध्ये विनावेतन काम 27.2% (जीओसी) आणि 42.3% (आरसीएम) पर्यंत वाढले.

८. योगदानातील स्त्री-पुरुष विषमता :
√पुरुषांचे योगदान (जीडीपीच्या १०.४% ते १३.१%) आणि महिलांचे योगदान २६.२% पर्यंत वाढले.
√महामारीनंतर च्या पुनर्प्राप्तीमुळे कामगार इतर क्षेत्रांकडे वळल्याने हा वाटा कमी झाला.

९. धोरणात्मक परिणाम :
√बिनपगारी कामांना मान्यता देणाऱ्या धोरणांची गरज अधोरेखित करा.
विनावेतन मजुरीतील स्त्री-पुरुष विषमता कमी करणे आणि कामगारांमध्ये महिलांचा सहभाग वाढविणे हे उद्दिष्ट आहे.

10. भविष्यातील दिशा:
√विनावेतन कामाचे आर्थिक महत्त्व मोजण्यासाठी परिष्कृत कार्यपद्धतीची मागणी करा.
√समन्यायी काळजी, जबाबदारी, वितरण आणि मान्यता यासाठी धोरणांना समर्थन द्या.

हे मुद्दे बिनपगारी कामाचे आवश्यक आर्थिक योगदान, विशेषत: स्त्रियांचे आणि लैंगिक समानता आणि कर्मचार् यांच्या सहभागास प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी सुधारणांची आवश्यकता अधोरेखित करतात.
