Recommended counters for Dmax Articuno as follows
Gmax/Dmax Charizard - Fire Spin/Blast Burn
Gmax Toxtricity - Spark/Wild Charge
Dmax Metagross - Bullet Punch/Meteor Mash
Dmax Excadrill - Metal Claw/Rock Slide (Evolve from Dmax Drilbur)
Dmax Cinderace - Fire Spin/Flamethrower (Evolve from Dmax Scorbunny)
You can choose any 3 of above mentioned to your party to fight Dmax Articuno.
Your selected 3 pokemons to fight Dmax Articuno, their Max Moves(Max attack, Max Guard & Max Spirit) must at least lvl 2 & above to be effective. It is also ideally to powerup CP to lvl 30 at least.
Fighting higher tier Dmax or Gmax, teamwork in the team fighting is important. For example when your pokemon in Dmax mode and you saw your team mons have low life and you have lvl 2 Max Spirit, it's better to use Lvl 2 Max Spirit to heal all so your team can last longer and better chance to win the battle.
