🔍 What is a Monitoring Tag?
A Monitoring Tag is applied to tokens that show higher volatility and risks compared to others. Binance has extended this tag to include SelfKey ($KEY) alongside a few other tokens. This means the token will be under closer observation by Binance to ensure quality and stability.

❓ What does this mean for $KEY holders?
It simply means that Binance is keeping a closer eye on $KEY’s performance. Every 90 days, traders will need to pass a brief quiz to continue trading the token on Binance’s Spot and Margin platforms. Binance regularly reviews the status of these tokens based on factors like project development, trading volume, and team activity.

📈 Why is this not a cause for concern?
Receiving a Monitoring Tag doesn’t spell trouble for SelfKey or its holders. In fact, it offers transparency about the current state of the token. Regular evaluations mean that $KEY’s status is always subject to improvement, with the possibility of the tag being removed in future reviews. This tagging also brings more visibility to $KEY, which could positively influence its standing in the markets.
