HOW TO RECEIVE ANSWERS IN PRAYER 
 
The life of the believer is a life given to prayer. When you pray, it shows that you trust God. Receiving answers to prayer does not necessarily mean receiving everything that you asked for but receiving feedback from God. The believer should know that God is not tied to time. This understanding will help you not to put things you desire in the future. Receiving answers to prayers is what you receive in the place of prayers.
 
WHAT DID JESUS SAID ABOUT PRAYER?
 
Mark 11:24 
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
 
The first thing you should have before prayer is desire. Desire will be speaking about what you want or crave for. This is Jesus teaching us about how to ask for things you want. In the place of prayer, you are to believe that you have received them. The word receive is the lay hold of something in order to use it.
In prayer you lay hold the fulfillment of your desires.
 
You shall have them is a future tense. You are to believe you lay hold of your desires, which is an active action in the present so that you can have it in the future. The future necessarily doesn't mean 10 years or 20 years later. The future will be talking about what happens after you have prayed. 
Jesus is teaching you here that you receive answers first when you are praying. This is why it's important that your mind is not distracted.
 
HOW THE DEVIL ROBS YOU FROM RECEIVING 
 
How the devil robs you from receiving answers to prayers is to attack your mind. In James 1:6-7, the apostle advised to the man praying is "But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord."
To be in faith is to believe that you have received them. Therefore, if your mind is unstable, then you won't be able to lay hold of the fulfillment of your desires.
If you are in prayer and you notice you start thinking of the many things you are yet to do, like washing your clothes or cooking, or you are anxious, you won't receive anything from the Lord. It is not that God will not give you what you want, but you are the one that won't receive.
 
HOW TO RECEIVE ANSWERS TO PRAYERS?
 
Meditation before prayer is very important so that your mind will not be unstable or wavering. Before you pray, read about God's faithfulness from the scriptures, listen to testimonies of what God has done, and think deeply on it before prayers. Meditation deals with that anxiety or doubt that may cloud your mind while praying.
 
1 John 5:14
And this is the confidence that we have in him—that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us:
 
To receive answers in prayer, you must approach prayer with confidence, which is the appreciation of what God has made you. You should not be in the place of prayer and be thinking you are not worthy or you are a sinner; that is not confidence. Here, confidence is knowing who God is, what he can do, and relying on him.
Asking anything according to His will is to ask according to His desire, his pleasure. God's desire is that you have confidence in him and speak to him about everything and anything. His will is that God hears us when we ask anything.
This scripture is not saying to ask according to what God wants for you but much more asking with confidence that God hears you.
 
1 John 5:15
And if we know that he hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
 
Can you see that the focus of the writer is knowing that he hears us? Apostle John is teaching you here that's when you pray. You should be aware that God hears you because this is what would make you remain in faith to lay hold of your desires until you have them.

 
HOW DO ANSWERS TO PRAYERS COME?
 
It is important you know how answers come so that you know when to start thanking God for what you have received.
I will list how answers to prayers come:
 
1. Wisdom 
2. Revelations (visions, dreams, or visitations)
3. Prophecies from prophetic ministers
4. Peace beyond understanding 
5. Joy or laughter 
6. Bold declarations and confessions 
7. Feeling the power of God heavy on you or knockdown by the power of God.

HOW TO DEMONSTRATE THE POWER OF GOD

Have you ever desired to lay hands on the sick and you see them healed?, have you desired to lay hands on someone and see them fall?, Have you desired to prophesy to someone and you see them slain by the spirit?. All these are evidences that accompany me when I'm ministering, even online, I have released the power of God by just a message and people find themselves on the floor. There is a post that I made three years ago that anyone that still encounters it till date will experience the power of God. This is not meant for special men of God, Apostles and prophets, it's meant for everyone even the average believer. So I am writing this post just to show how it's done from scriptures:

WHY DO PEOPLE FALL WHILE WE PRAY FOR THEM AND OTHERS DON'T?
1 Corinthians 12:6
[6]And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

The word operations in the greek is energēma and it means effects, intensity. Just as some drugs have side effects, falling down when being prayed for is the side effects of power in demonstration. For example a man of God is praying for the sick for healing, what he gives is power, so the recipient will now receive that power as healing and the side effects of that power is the falling down which you see, there is possiblity for someone to fall down yet not healed. If you want to know more simply refer to my teaching on "Walking In The Supernatural" for more details.

People falling down is power at work, so it will be based on how the giver appreciate himself as man of God and how the recipient is open to receive, honor and respect the man of God.

HOW CAN I DO THIS?
Ephesians 3:20
[20]Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,

There is a power of God that is at work in you, that power is called dunamis which means an inherent power, a force, miraculous power. So every believer that has the spirit of God in them has that power already inside, this power is not gotten on a mountain, or from impartation, prayer and fasting, this power is gotten at salvation and it's constant in you and it's unlimited.

HOW TO MAKE USE OF THAT POWER?
Acts 1:8
[8]But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

The greek word for "Ye shall receive" is the word lambanō and it means to take hold, to carry.
So Jesus Christ was telling his disciples that they will carry power after the Holy Ghost has come upon them. So the man in Christ is a man that has the power of God in his possession, he doesn't has power failure.
So in your praying for the sick, carry this consciousness that there is an unlimited power that's at work in you because of the Holy Ghost in you.

HOW TO DEMONSTRATE THE POWER
Get a volunteer(someone that's willing for you to lay hands on them) if you don't have any sick around you, tell them you want to bless them with the power of God, clear your mind and instill in your consciousness that the power of God is at me then lay your hands on that person and see that power flow through you and hitting that person, you then say it out with authority POWER FLOW FROM ME TO YOU NOW!!!! TAKE IT!!!!
You will feel the power literally leave you.

If you want to feel God's power now, Stretch out your hands and begin to pray in tongues and say I want to feel the power of God tangibly on my palm. Keep praying and be careful because you may likely end up on the floor.

This power can be transfer to things like clothes and objects because you are a man full of power. Now as you reading this open up your heart IN THE NAME OF JESUS RECEIVE THE POWER OF GOD!!!!

HOW TO SEE NAMES IN THE PROPHETIC

This is a practical discussion between I and my student who started to call names having engaging the teachings shared under mentorship. This conversation, I showed him practically how to do it as my custom usually is to encourage by word and demonstrations.

Go through this conversation and tell me what you learnt in seeing names in the Prophetic

BEGINNING

Michael MT: My dad can help me with this question please
Before I prophesy about the person's father do I need to try to visualize him in my mind?

Egbunu Favoured: Is that not what you have been doing since?

Michael MT: This was a new experience for my father
I just said I enter into your family so I tried to visualize the father then the name of appeared in my mind my father but I tried to visualize the father to see him before I prophesied any information

Egbunu Favoured: That is how it works now
In visualizing the father you may see his job or you may see the picture of the Father or his name you just want to know things about the father that is all

Michael MT: Yes My Father I bilieve that
I believe this is a new level God is taking me

Egbunu Favoured: It's not a new level
You didn't know you could do that
You just became aware of it
The more you prophesy
The more you will be aware of things you can do

Michael MT: Yes My Father that's Deep

If someone should ask you, How do you see names?

Michael MT: I just say that I desire to see from my Heart open My Father I"m sure about It 🙏🙏🙏

Do you just see random letters before the name forms?

Michael MT: Yes My Father I see random letters
sometimes the name appears together with John sometimes J then I say I see the letter J the full name appears in my mind

Seeing the names is more accurate than hearing the name
Like for example I'm seeing myself in a church where you are ministering with one of your suit and I see a fair lady and I see the name Racquel

Is there such a name?

THE POWER OF MEDITATION 
 
The makeup of man is spirit, soul, and body. Man is to allow God into his spirit by believing in the gospel, while his soul needs to catch up with what is happening in his spirit while the body is for functionality.
 
The distance between you and manifesting any kind of spiritual reality is actually your mind. In my book, Teach Me to Prophesy, I explained the realms of man's mind, which would make man limited if he doesn't understand how the mind works. The mind is so powerful that it can resist God and fight God.
 
You cannot talk about meditation without talking about the mind. Meditation is an ancient practice that cannot be tied to any religion. In the book of Genesis, you will see Isaac going to the fields to go and meditate.
 
There is no successful man or spiritual man in the world today that doesn't know how to meditate. In meditation, you tapped into a well of potential. You can see meditation like mining to receive precious materials.
 
The power of meditation is the power of making things happen in your life and experience. There are different types of meditation, such as money meditation, healing meditation, prophetic meditation, and business meditation. In meditation, you ask questions in your mind, seeking to get answers from the spiritual realm.
 
The believer meditating is asking questions in his mind to get answers from the spirit of God. There are levels in meditation that are opened to you as you progress. Is there anything you are learning and you want to maximize it fully? Then, you have to meditate.
 
HOW TO MEDITATE?
 
Firstly, get a comfortable position. I suggest a sitting position to avoid sleeping off. If you sleep off, wake up and try again next time.
 
Secondly, you need to have a goal in mind, such as what you want to receive from God. For instance, how can I prophesy? What does Jeremiah 33:3 mean?
 
Thirdly, you begin to break down information in your mind, questioning everything and allowing your mind to revolve around this.
 
Lastly, you will begin to be open to another thought that seems like it's giving you clarity; it mostly sounds like you; sometimes it comes as pictures or videos, or questions that answer your previous question for you to work. For instance, how can I get money for my house rent? Why not call Mr. P? You will call, and you will be surprised that God has commanded him to give you money.
 
If you can truly harness the power of meditation, you won't be scared about anything in this life. Your prayers would be more potent because they would be heartfelt and potent. This is how people pray and see visions.

HOW TO OPERATE IN THE HEALING ANOINTING 
 
Have you ever had a loved one who has been sick? Have you felt helpless or powerless before the sickness? Have you watched healing videos and desired to do so? Then, I'm bringing you the way in which you can operate in the healing anointing.
 
Now, operating in faith to heal the sick and operating in the healing anointing are two different things. Faith to heal the sick is simply reading God's word, believing what you read, and acting on the word. 
The healing anointing is not just doing the word but rather taking out of the power of the Spirit upon you to heal the sick.
 
Let's see a concept that would shape your understanding of this concept:
 
Luke 4:18
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 
 
This is Jesus speaking the scriptures. The anointing to heal is the spirit of the Lord upon you. This anointing is not different from the spirit of God that you have received in salvation. Operating in the healing anointing is taking of the Spirit's power to heal the sick. The healing anointing is what Paul would call the gifts of healing. 
 
Acts 10:38
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.
 
Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost's power to do good, which involves healing the sick. To operate in the healing anointing, you are going to be sure that you are anointed to heal the sick. This is not just a realm or dimension above you; this is a realm and dimension that exists in you.
 
To operate in the healing anointing, you will just simply acknowledge that you have the anointing to heal the sick. The difference between faith to heal the sick and anointing to heal the sick is intensity. In operating in the healing anointing, the minister would see, sense, or feel the power of God either on his head, shoulder, arms, or legs. The sick would feel the power being communicated by the minister, which can be seen in the sick falling down, vibrating or shaking, shouting, and crying. There are different expressions of this.
 
In operating in the healing anointing, you will be more sure that the sick will be healed because everyone will see the power of God on such a person physically. If you are not used to walking with God or operating in the power of the Holy Spirit, you may struggle to operate in the anointing. Therefore, as you commune with God in your secret place, fellowship with his presence, his word, and his power. It is at the secret place that you will experience the power of God tangibly.
 
I have seen God's power heal the sick both online and offline. I remember praying for someone with pain in the eye for healing. I operated by faith and spoke her healing, and I believed she was healed. The following day, the eye was swollen, and this person could barely see. When I saw that, I was very troubled and angry within me. Then I called this person again. I laid hands on her, but this time I was desiring to use the anointing, and the Lord sent his angel. This angel placed his hand on mine, and then I spoke by power. The pain ceased, and the eye became normal in the morning.
 
This concept is broad, and I trust God that from 2025, I will start mentoring people in this area. Also, anticipate my book, "Walking in the Supernatural," which I was supposed to release this month but I lost the file. I trust God to rewrite it and make it available for you.

TRAINING YOUR MIND FOR THE PROPHETIC
 
The makeup of man is given for man to know. The body is for man to interact with physical realities, while the spirit is for man to interact with heavenly realities. The mind of man is important because it determines where that man relates more with. The devil is striving to bring up many things that would keep man's mind occupied with physical things so he would forget and abandon the spiritual realities. 
 
Romans 8:5
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
 
This verse shows the nature of the believer. You are born of the Spirit. Hence, you are a spirit, yet your mind must submit to what has happened to your spirit. The spiritual man minding after the things of the flesh is ignorant of who he is.
 
Training your mind for the prophetic is actually training yourself to mind spiritual things. You must train your mind to be able to see visions and the frequency of seeing visions. The reason why some people always have what I call interferences or noises in the prophetic state is because of an unstable mind. An unstable mind would struggle to receive anything from God. God will be speaking expressly, but it will be drowned by the voices of flesh.
 
You have the ability to train your mind to prophesy. This is what I do basically in the prophetic mentorship and workshops. I teach people to train their minds to see clear visions, receive names of people, and see angels in the spiritual world.
 
How can I train my mind for the prophetic?
I'm going to give you seven ways in which any believer, can flow in the prophetic:
 
- Read the scriptures aloud to yourself.
- Read the scriptures very loudly within you.
- Meditate on specific verses of the scriptures by asking questions to God in your mind.
- Visualize specific events or encounters in the scriptures and see yourself in them.
- Confess phrases, verses, or passages that are impressed in your heart from the scriptures.
- Visualize the verses of the scriptures written in the air before you with their chapter and verses.
- Act on the verses or phrases that jump at you from the scriptures. For example, Jeremiah 33:3.
 
There are more of these that go beyond seven ways, but this is written for your growth and stability on this prophetic journey.

HOW TO OPERATE IN DETAILED PROPHECIES 
 
The prophetic abilities are not peculiar to a particular office in the body or reserved for some special people. Prophesying is in your nature because you received the life of Jesus, and you are able to reproduce and share that life through your words. Indeed, your words are spirit and life; you just need to be simply conscious of it while prophesying.
 
Years ago, when I started prophesying, I could not really go in details, but I grew in the prophetic that I can now prophesy to the tiniest detail. I remembered a student of mine was surprised how I could use a cat, which is a physical pet at home, to pass across God's purpose. Are you already prophesying and you are not detailed? Then, follow this teaching to the end and do the instructions.
 
Prophesying in details is for further clarity and to convince the receiver of what God is actually saying about them and the next step to follow. Someone may ask, I am not really a detailed prophet; can I still flow in detailed prophecies?
 
Firstly, the mind is powerful. It is powerful that it can reject God, and he won't be able to do anything other than appeal to you based on his nature. You need to change that mindset that I am not detailed. Our heavenly Father is so detailed that he knows the number of hairs on your head. 
How to operate in detailed prophecies?
 
1 Corinthians 12:6
And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
 
This scripture is telling us that there would be different kinds of operations in a particular gift, but it's God that is working in us all. For instance, prophet A would give a word of knowledge that someone came with a waist pain, while prophet B can say you are here with a waist pain and your name is Joy. It is the same God working in us all.
 
To operate in detailed prophecies just starts with desire. Just desire to be detailed when prophesying. I was prophesying to a lady; I told her state of origin, which she confirmed, and the prophecy I wanted to give would concern her hometown. I just desired to go deeper, and the name of her hometown just appeared before me.
 
If you desire to be detailed, then you have to use the prophetic tool of visions. You will just be like the Bible prophets and just be describing what you saw. If, in my vision, I'm seeing a boy, I will desire to know who he is to you, and then his name would appear in the prophetic.
 
Operating in detailed prophecies is important while prophesying if there is a need, because that is how the man seeking God would confirm that indeed God is in you. But if all of you are prophesying and unbelievers or people who don’t understand these things come into your meeting, they will be convicted of sin and judged by what you say. As they listen, their secret thoughts will be exposed, and they will fall to their knees and worship God, declaring, “God is truly here among you.” 1 Corinthians 14:24-25
