🚀 here's a quick update on #btc:

we're currently at a crucial support level, right around the 92k mark

if we dip below this, the next significant level to watch is 85k. and as you might guess, even this level isn't critical in my view and doesn't put an end to the ongoing rally

take a look at how #bitcoin behaved in the previous cycles. after reaching new highs, it typically pulled back by about 25% before surging to yet another new high

so, in essence, I see this dip as a minor New Year's discount - nothing too worrisome yet 🎁

#eth is looking spicier right now. we’ve hit the 0.5 Fib retrace of the structure and are seeing a bounce from the order block at$3,120 - buyers are defending the lvl

if this level doesn’t hold, I’m watching for moves down to:
🟠0.618 - 3,013
🟠0.705 - 2,866 (50% of the weekly imbalance)
🟠0.79 - $2,719 (full imbalance fill)

targets for upside are clear: holding above 4,000 (ath level). beyond that, we’ll need to reassess after confirmation

#etf buying continues strong, whales are still showing interest, so I think we’ll see the main moves on the market kicking in post-Jan

📈 btc is showing a global bullish weekly structure with a lower boundary at 66,835 and an upper one at 108,435 (Binance spot)

for the uptrend to continue, we need a weekly close above 108,400, which opens targets up to 118-122k for btc

ideally, it would be nice to see a retest of the discount zone, which is everything below the 0.5 Fib level (87,560). on strong trends, they don’t always give us a retest, though

📉 to cover at least 50% of the imbalance, a drop to 85,560 would be perfect. +there’s solid buy-side liquidity down to 84k, where there’s a dense cluster of buy orders

I’m not saying it has to happen, but given the areas of interest, this scenario is totally plausible. no need to stress over the market if we see moves like this - it’s all part of the game

I'm seeing a local reversal in #bitcoin and reduced volatility

🎄 with the Christmas holidays coming up, it’s a great time for altcoins to start growing

volumes began flowing into altcoins just yesterday, sparking some nice growth - it's a prime time to trade these altcoins and potentially profit in the near term

my only worry is the liquidity zone between 88-90k

however, based on the current metrics and data, we shouldn’t be hitting that range anytime soon. but it’s worth noting that this is the area where prices might be pushed down a bit more before they rebound and shoot up 📈

what do you think, who really moves the market?

#bitcoin is influenced by two main groups:
- whales and sharks - large investors holding 10+ #btc. their strategies are often long-term and focused on accumulation
- retail traders - a mass audience that often acts impulsively and creates short-term fluctuations

looking at the chart, major players continue to actively accumulate btc

the golden rule of the market:
🟠buy when the market is overwhelmed with fear, FUD due to another black swan event (exchange crashes, negative news, regulatory pressure)
🟠hodl if whales continue to accumulate assets
🟠sell when retail traders massively talk about "easy money" and an imminent rise to new highs

history shows that the best results are achieved if you:
- follow the lead of large players
- act in contrast to the crowd

Not fcking leaving!

Looking back on my crypto journey from 2020 to 2024, here's what I've learned:

To be honest, when I started going big on crypto in the summer of 2023, I figured it was a two-year play. This was based on how past market cycles peaked a year after the halving, like in 2017 and 2021

What I didn't see coming was the string of good news in early 2024. A #btc etf got approved in Jan, sending #bitcoin soaring before the halving. Then, an #ethereum etf followed, and in Nov, a crypto-friendly president won in the US, surrounded by a supportive team

By the spring of 2024, things shifted so quickly towards a distribution phase that it felt unreal. But then the market took a sharp dive, and my worries turned out to be for nothing

If we turn back the clock to the last halving year, 2020, it was rough. The market had a brief rise in Mar but then COVID hit, and we saw another huge crash - the second since Bitcoin dropped to 3,200 in Dec 2018. By the end of 2020, bitcoin finally broke past its previous high, but the altcoins hit rock bottom

Looking at both periods, it's obvious today's situation is way better. Not just in how the asset prices are faring relative to their peaks, but also in the outlook, knowing that major players like big funds and countries are getting involved

People get so caught up in their emotions and the minute-to-minute action on their charts that they miss the big picture 😠

The market filters out anyone not ready to make serious bank
So, let's tune out the chatter that the market's done growing. Let's learn from what's happening and keep our emotions in check until we lock in some real profits. There's still a lot to look forward to 🙂🙂
