Last 40 days to CSM-22, consider following 7 points while finalising your strategy

1. Figure out your weak areas and strong areas. Focus should be on improving the weak area but don’t put too much of time and efforts rather ensure that your strong areas reward you with atleast of 80% returns.

2. Short notes for all blocks and topics. Prepare very to the point - flash notes. (I have already uploaded a sample of this)
Remember the idea is to revise all your key points, date, court cases, keywords etc in 1 hour.

3. Focus on Essay, Ethics and Optional. When it comes to selection, you have to do well above average atleast in two of these papers along with above average interview and average in other GS papers. This combination will take you to top 200.

4. Give 60% time of your next 20 days to optional and 40% of the last 20 to optional.
Certain Optionals follows an inverted U curve, so you have to make sure you are near to average to remain in the average range even after normalisation. Above average before normalisation will take you ahead of average after normalisation (this is only valid in case of Maths, physics and Engg. optional - I don’t have idea about humanities)

5. Write atleast 8-12 papers of gs and essay. Write atleast 4 papers of optional. All papers should be written in the appropriate environment and time slot.
Doing atleast one mock drill just one week before actual mains will help you alot. (This i have never done but few toppers have recommended this).

6. Start working out atleast for 15mins, don’t drink too much of caffeine, don’t eat outside food. Eat freshly cooked home food and apple/kiwi on a daily basis. Meditation and worshiping god will be an add on (it is not about god but only sometimes taking a break to meditate or worship fixes our energy levels) also staying grateful for the things that we have is something we should always do.

7. PYQs - don’t write exact answers but solve all the previous year papers. Themes will be repeated and sometimes questions will be recycled. So don’t miss out on PYQs.

Happy 40Ds to all those who are writing CSM-22.

Best wishes,
Kaptaan 🙏

P.S.
Disappear from social media after reading this text, come only after 15 days. 😎
