जैसे कि आपको पता है कि 7th CPC का Fitment Factor (FF) 2.57 था। अब, 8th CPC का घोषणा भी कल हो चुका है। सवाल यह है कि अबकी बार FF कितना हो सकता है।
इसलिए 7CPC का FF कैसे निकाला गया था उस पर विचार करना चाहिए। *इसका पूर्ण विवरण 7CPC Report का Page-63, Para- 4.2.9 में उल्लेख किया गया है।*

Jan 2016 में DA प्रतिशत था 125%।
अर्थात ₹100 Basic Pay पर कुल Pay =
Basic Pay+DA = 100+125 = *225*
225 का Fitment Factor = *2.25*
*Pay Commission अपने तरफ से वेतन में 14.3% की बढ़ोत्तरी की थी।*
अर्थात, 2.25 का 14.3% = 0.32
अब दोनों को जोड़ देने पर 2.25+0.32= *2.57*
*तो 2.57 का Fitment Factor इस तरीके से निकाला गया था।*
आईये, अब इसी पद्धति से 8th CPC का Fitment Factor निकालने का प्रयास करते हैं।
इसके लिए 2026 Jan का DA क्या होगा इसपर FF निर्भर करता है। तो सब से पहले DA निकालते हैं।
DA July 2024: 53%
DA Jan 2025: 56% (Confirmed 3%)
DA July 2025: 59% ( मान लिया 3%)
DA Jan 2026: 63% (मान लिया 4%)।
यदि Jan 2026 का DA 63% होता है, तो इसका Fitment Factor होगा (100+63) ÷100 = 163÷100 = *1.63*
और Pay Commission यदि वेतन में *20% वृद्धि* करती है (जैसे पिछले बार 14.3% वृद्धि की थी)
तो, 1.63 का 20% = *0.32*
= 1.63 + 0.32= *1.95*

👷♂️ What is it?
The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, provides a monthly pension to employees or their dependents in case of:
🔹 Death due to an employment-related injury.
🔹 Permanent disablement caused by workplace accidents or occupational diseases.
💰 How Much Pension?
✅ Employees receive 90% of their average daily wages as a monthly pension.
📊 Example Calculation:
If the average daily wage is ₹500, the monthly pension =
₹500 x 90% x 30 = ₹13,500/month.
👨👩👧👦 Dependents’ Benefits (in case of death):
• 👩❤️👨 Spouse: Lifetime pension (until remarriage).

HQ Central Command is organizing a *SPARSH Awareness and Problem Resolution Seminar* at *Surya Auditorium* Lucknow Cantt on *19 Oct 24* wef 0930hrs to 1830hrs.
All pension and documents related anomalies will be resolved in the seminar.
All Ex-servicemen community members including Veterans, VeerNaris, Widows and Dependents are requested to attend at their convenience and get the Problems resolved immediately.
A Team of DPCC, Prayagraj composed of Lt Col Ranjan Officer Incharge, one JCO and four dealing clerks would be in *Surya Auditorium wef 1000hrs to 1830hrs* to resolve the issue related to SPARSH or any other issues of PCDA Pension.
