Good evening Devs,

We hope this Telegram finds you well. We wanted to bring to your attention an issue that some developers have encountered on our developer portal, even after the recent bug fix. It appears that certain browsers are still caching old files, which might result in you not being able to view production applications after selecting them.

To ensure you have a smooth experience moving forward, we recommend taking the following steps to clear your browser cache:

NB: Shift+Click on Refresh does it most of the time. If that fails try these ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ

Chrome:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the "Clear browsing data" window.

Select "Cached images and files" and ensure that the time range is set to "All time."

Click "Clear data."

Firefox:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the "Clear All History" window.

Ensure that "Cache" is checked.

Set the time range to "Everything."

Click "Clear Now."

Safari:

Go to Safari > Preferences.

Click on the "Privacy" tab.

Click "Manage Website Data."

Select "Remove All" to clear all cached data.

Microsoft Edge:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the "Clear browsing data" window.

Select "Cached images and files."

Click "Clear now."

Opera:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the "Clear browsing data" window.

Select the "Advanced" tab.

Ensure that "Cached images and files" is selected.

Set the time range to "All time."

Click "Clear data."

After clearing your browser cache, please refresh the developer portal page. You should now be able to view your apps without encountering any issues related to cached files.

If you continue to experience any difficulties or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We're here to assist you and ensure you have a seamless experience on Daraja.

Thank you for your attention on this matter, and we appreciate your continued support.

Keep building with M-PESA APIs.
