International economics expert Nawar Al-Saadi confirmed today, Friday (January 10, 2025), that Iraq is facing major and dangerous financial challenges, and these challenges must be avoided through real reforms.
Al-Saadi said in an interview with Baghdad Today that “the financial challenges in Iraq are ongoing, but recently they have begun to threaten its monetary stability and raise concerns about their impact on the government’s ability to pay salaries in the coming months.
I do not believe that they will lead to an inability to pay salaries, as the Ministry of Finance has a reserve that may reach at least 6 months, but this concern stems from several data and indicators that have emerged recently, including that the Iraqi economy depends almost entirely on oil revenues, which represent the main source of government revenues, and any decline in global oil prices leads to a reduction in these revenues, which puts additional pressure on the general budget and increases the possibility of a financial deficit.”

What is very interesting we heard from Iraq yesterday that JDT had spoken with Sudani and he has the green light to get this started with the rate change tomorrow - banks today are getting rates on their screens trading the RC are not seeing rates on the screen because the rates which should show up tomorrow are going to reflect new values and Bruce believe higher than the last couple of days – It’s so good he has the green light – this is a way that the rate will be put out globally. When it comes to Forex that affects the bank rates – the RC do not come off of the Forex - they are controlled by other aspects.
What we are hearing from several sources tomorrow will be a day of releases financially to the globally – but what has been happening since early this morning all of the banks and RC around have been pinging back and forth via Starlink/QFS and should be happening till about 4am tomorrow morning was meant to be completed by 10 pm tonight and the other statement what is happening beyond that why the Pinging it’s the first time everything has been connected via the Starlink and that should be the last thing we need prior to getting notified. So we may get our notifications either tomorrow or Thursday – or if we get them early enough tomorrow we could exchange tomorrow – but the information is pointing toward tomorrow and exchanges Thursday and remember the 8th is a key number for the Elders and the Chinese would love that.
What about R&R well tomorrow is the second Wednesday of the month and Bruces sources we should have it in January – but we don’t know exactly when and the same with the R&R and will it be at the RC – we are still moving through and DJT talked to the press for nearly an hour and half. Bob had mentioned what happens if I die will my monies be able to be picked up by someone else - do you have an estate planning attorney to build your Trust and those involved with that Trust all organised. The WF bank will be able to arrange some of this for us or you can just go with people and Trusts of your choosing – but do this as soon as possible. So make sure you are in contact with people that can help you set all these thing up for you. Sooner rather than later. They don’t want you passing away without a Trust in place, with Estate Planning. Remember you need more than just a will – you need a Living Will. These are end of Life type wishes. You definitely don’t want your estate to land up going to the State.
SS increases will also be substantial maybe up to $5,000 a month. Also our Medicare - this was supposed to be FREE. That should now change under DJT in the coming months, so we don’t have to pay for it.
We are hearing two different things say tomorrow Friday and depending if it’s before noon we could exchange later in the day and Friday Saturday - but also we have heard that we should get maybe notified Friday / Saturday and start our exchanges early next week – and the Treasury looked at this and thought they’d like to do it Friday and although Bruce isn’t calling - but it does look very good for us to have these exchanges well before Thanksgiving. A lot of even some bankers really don’t know what is going on. Now Bruce is back to talking about the R&R for those younger ones, but everyone is going to be looked after. But the lump sum for the over 60’s is sounding really good. Make sure you get that estate planning set up – and if you have Trust papers already take them with you to the exchange, so then you can set up the bank account in the name of your Trust.
Now Bruce is talking again about all that has to be done to set up that QFS account – but he’s of course gone over all that so many times before. But again he’s saying it will be a good idea to write down some Pins and Passwords ahead of time. It’s believed only at the RC that you will be offered a contract rate - Dong is going to be a great rate as are all the other currencies. Now about those RC’s the leaders that send out the emails and the leaders to the banks have received those emails to be sent out and our understanding is sometime tomorrow. And then they the leaders - certain people are in charge of getting these out to the RC leaders all across this country. Keep an eye on your email tomorrow and set your appointment – you don’t have to be first. So IF this comes through and we do get this tomorrow and if Saturday and we can exchange on Saturday great or very EARLY next week – will they exchange on Thanksgiving Bruce thinks that might well be possible, maybe they’ll work in shifts. Now some other information about medbed which went into a long timeline – well into next year and next summer. My update this information was partially correct and some not – we talk to those in charge all around NA Canada US and Mexico and this is also happening in other part of the world as well . In Canada and US we have 34,800 Centres with two medbeds in each one. So us in the US we have plenty and they will be making more - now when the hospitals come into play now 80% of those hospitals will be closed leaving 20% which are Healing Centres and they will be having the medbeds – so maybe January or March – but the medbeds we have now are waiting and ready for us as soon as we make those exchanges and we let them know if the need is dire and then you’ll get into one very quickly – and Bruce is looking forward to that and Zim holders do get a
priority so don’t be misaligned by some of what you are reading. So if you are paying attention we are the first to go.
We are coming into a really important time for the exchanges to redeem – now

This is a great time to bring you the latest and when I get something new and it excites all of us
Nesara and Gesara the latest both will start this weekend – will they be announced they might be. We are supposed to have tomorrow the introduction of the USN and Sue was referring to Terry with keeping up the operational rates page and comes up usually on the first of the month for major currencies around the world on the 1st and 15th of the months but what we are looking for is the new International rate for the IQD - but this might not appear for two or three days until we get our start. So it might not make it on the screens tomorrow. This is the UN operational rate page. And you used to have a subscription to even get it. Like that the Forex used to be pretty easy to pull up for trading and so on – but now unless you trade currencies or are in a bank and even the banks well they have their own trading going on. So this is where we are right now – the banks are to receive three emails from Treasury and WF and another source. They have received one and then the RC this morning and the last this afternoon from Treasury and then the third one sometime tomorrow from WF - so this is to the banks and RC and they are in process right now 1 has happened 2 is supposed to have happened and 3 tomorrow .
Today all RC were meant to go in and we were meant to have rates today so maybe they just had a CC and went home. Now Bond Holders still do not have access to the funds in their accounts – the funds should be in those accounts some can see the funds but have no access yet and are looking for emails and the plan is for them to receive those emails on Saturday or Sunday or Both - that would tell them when they’ll have access to those funds. And us in T4A and B - we are looking forward to our emails those notifications to go to the RC and we are looking them the latest is Sunday or Monday in which case we might be able to exchange Wednesday – Tuesday is election day the 5th – could be we get our emails prior to the election and then Bruce thinks appointment and exchanges on the 6th – more information will come to Bruce tomorrow and other information on a very high up source on Saturday – so as it is now we are still not sure if we will have an election on the 5th unless with the early votes unless there is a result that allows for their not to be an election needed on the 5th and Bruce thinks that cannot be determined until after the election. So Bruce saying PLEASE VOTE November 5th and maybe we’ll get an early result and it not be stolen. And we found there were nine countries that tried to hack into the voting machines- but they were not able to hack into the system and they know who and which countries and that is all part of the arrests and should be done by Saturday 2nd of November - and here arrests completed by tomorrow. But I don’t have up to date numbers on that – so early voting is good if you can. Or Tuesday on Nov 5th and we’ll see what happens and we’ll plan on having a call and if we do - and we’re planning to have one and that might be very interesting. So maybe we’ll have numbers and if we have toll free numbers they want me to put them out on a Live call. Bruce hopes we get it before then.
