राजस्थान नवीन युवा नीति 2024 मसौदा

राजस्थान सरकार ने नवीन युवा नीति 2024 का मसौदा तैयार कर लिया है। राजस्थान युवा बोर्ड, युवा मामले और खेल विभाग ने अब आम जनता से इस नीति पर सुझाव आमंत्रित किए हैं।

मसौदे के आठ प्रमुख बिंदु -
1. शिक्षा और कौशल
2. रोजगार और उद्यमिता
3. स्वास्थ्य और युवा
4. खेल और फिटनेस
5. कला और संस्कृति
6. राष्ट्रीय निर्माण में युवाओं की भूमिका
7. सामाजिक न्याय और लैंगिक समानता
8. पर्यावरण संरक्षण

मसौदे (ड्राफ्ट) की प्रमुख कमियाँ -
यह नीति समाज में योगदान देने और सरकारी योजनाओं को लोगों तक पहुंचाने वाले युवाओं को नजरअंदाज करती है।
राष्ट्रीय युवा पुरस्कार से समानित युवाओं, राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना के राष्ट्रीय और राज्य पुरस्कार प्राप्त स्वयंसेवकों, स्काउट गाइड, एनसीसी, रेड रिबन क्लब के स्वयंसेवकों, नेहरू युवा केंद्र के युवा एवं महिला मंडलों और नेशनल यूथ कॉर्प के युवाओं का इसमें कोई उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है।

युवाओं की प्रमुख माँगे/ सुझाव
राष्ट्रीय और राज्य स्तर पर पुरस्कृत युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियों में खेल कोटे के तहत शामिल किया जाए और उन्हें बोनस अंक दिए जाएं।
राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार विजेताओं को सामाजिक मासिक पेंशन दी जाए।
महाराष्ट्र सरकार की तर्ज पर सर्किट हाउस और डीटीडीसी अतिथि गृह में निशुल्क सुविधा प्रदान की जाए।
जिलों और राज्य की विभिन्न समितियों में युवाओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाए।
आरजीएचएस की तर्ज पर निशुल्क स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना लागू की जाए।
स्वरोजगार और उद्योग लगाने के लिए विशेष प्रोत्साहन योजना बनाई जाए।
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्कूल और महाविद्यालय खोलने के लिए निशुल्क भूमि आवंटन किया जाए।
युवाओं का कहना है कि इस नीति के मसौदे में कई खास युवा समूहों को शामिल नहीं किया गया है और अधिकांश बिंदु बजट घोषणाओं के तौर पर शामिल किए गए हैं।
