Apple has stopped signing iOS/iPadOS 18.0.1 and 17.7 📲❌

🔒 The 17.7.1 update is now only available through OTA, meaning downgrading is no longer possible. But there’s still a chance! Follow the steps below to downgrade your firmware while it’s still open.

⚠️ Important: The signing window could close at any moment, so act quickly. Don’t forget to back up your data to iCloud to avoid any data loss 💾☁️.

1. Currently, only iOS/iPadOS 17.6 beta 3 is signed (download it).

2. Download and install Cowabunga Lite on your computer 🖥️ – open the program, go to Setup Options and check Enable Supervision ✅.

3. Go to the Apply section – read the information carefully, then click Apply Tweaks. Wait for the process to complete ⏳✨.

4. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad. If you see the message “This device is supervised” at the top, you’re good to go! If not, reopen Cowabunga Lite and repeat steps (2 and 3) 🔄.

5. Download the OTA profile for the signed iOS/iPadOS version – install it and confirm the installation in Settings 📥.

6. Go to General – Software Update and install the firmware ⚙️.

7. Wait for the installation to complete – your device will restart with the selected firmware 🔋🔄.
