Al Mayadeen has obtained a draft resolution submitted by France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States addressing Iran's nuclear program, which includes seven key provisions against Iran.
The resolution including a requirement for Iran to explain the presence of uranium particles of human origin at two undeclared sites within its borders. One provision mandates Iran to disclose the current locations of nuclear materials and any "contaminated equipment."
The draft further calls for Iran to provide the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with all requested information, documents, and answers. It also stipulates granting access to sites and materials requested by the Agency and permitting the collection of samples as deemed necessary. The resolution highlights the necessity for Iran to supply information, access, and subsequent verification under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

Islamic Resistance fighters continue to repel the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, inflicting heavy losses on the enemyโs forces and equipment across confrontation axes from the front lines to their positions deep within occupied Palestine.
1- Ground Engagements:
Recent days have seen attempts by the enemy army to advance in the front-line villages of southern Lebanon, with Islamic Resistance fighters repelling these attempts across multiple axes:
First Axis: Area of the 146th Division, extending from Naqoura in the west to Marwahin in the east.
Under heavy air and artillery cover, an Israeli infantry force attempted to infiltrate the southern neighborhoods of Sheihin and Jbayn, while a reconnaissance force attempted to infiltrate Wadi Hamoul northeast of Naqoura. Resistance fighters engaged these forces, forcing them to retreat to Labouneh. Resistance fighters also targeted enemy build-ups and advancement routes in Dahira and enemy positions at Ras al-Naqoura and Jal al-Alam with rockets.
Second Axis: Area of the 36th Division, extending from Ramiya in the west to Rmeish in the east, including Aita al-Shaab and further to Aytaroun.
The Islamic Resistance continues to target enemy forces in this axis, amid ongoing attempts by the enemy to advance into Aita al-Shaab and Aytaroun.
Third Axis: Area of the 91st Division, extending from Bleida in the south to Houla in the north.
The enemy maintains control by fire over the eastern outskirts of Bleida, Mais al-Jabal, and Houla. However, no new advancement attempts have been made following fierce battles in Houla last week, which inflicted significant losses on the advancing forces.
Fourth Axis: Area of the 98th Division, extending from Marqaba in the south to the occupied Lebanese village of Ghajar in the northeast.
An enemy infantry force advanced toward the eastern outskirts of Kfarkila, reaching Tall Nahas in the northeast. Resistance fighters confronted them, targeting enemy build-ups in rear areas, resulting in multiple enemy casualties and injuries, prompting the enemy to deploy helicopters for evacuation under artillery and smoke cover.
Fifth Axis: Area of the 210th Division, extending from Ghajar to the occupied Shebaa Farms.
Islamic Resistance fighters intensively targeted multiple advancement attempts around Kfar Shuba and Shebaa to control the heights. The enemy burned forests in the area to prevent Resistance attacks. The Islamic Resistanceโs rocket force continues to target enemy positions in sites and military barracks along the Lebanese-Palestinian border, extending to military, strategic, and security bases deep within occupied Palestine. Islamic Resistance fighters continue to repel the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, inflicting heavy losses on the enemyโs forces and equipment across confrontation axes from the front lines to their positions deep within occupied Palestine.
1- Ground Engagements:
Recent days have seen attempts by the enemy army to advance in the front-line villages of southern Lebanon, with Islamic Resistance fighters repelling these attempts across multiple axes:
First Axis: Area of the 146th Division, extending from Naqoura in the west to Marwahin in the east.
Under heavy air and artillery cover, an Israeli infantry force attempted to infiltrate the southern neighborhoods of Sheihin and Jbayn, while a reconnaissance force attempted to infiltrate Wadi Hamoul northeast of Naqoura. Resistance fighters engaged these forces, forcing them to retreat to Labouneh. Resistance fighters also targeted enemy build-ups and advancement routes in Dahira and enemy positions at Ras al-Naqoura and Jal al-Alam with rockets.
Second Axis: Area of the 36th Division, extending from Ramiya in the west to Rmeish in the east, including Aita al-Shaab and further to Aytaroun.
The Islamic Resistance continues to target enemy forces in this axis, amid ongoing attempts by the enemy to advance into Aita al-Shaab and Aytaroun.
Third Axis: Area of the 91st Division, extending from Bleida in the south to Houla in the north.
The enemy maintains control by fire over the eastern outskirts of Bleida, Mais al-Jabal, and Houla. However, no new advancement attempts have been made following fierce battles in Houla last week, which inflicted significant losses on the advancing forces.
Fourth Axis: Area of the 98th Division, extending from Marqaba in the south to the occupied Lebanese village of Ghajar in the northeast.
An enemy infantry force advanced toward the eastern outskirts of Kfarkila, reaching Tall Nahas in the northeast. Resistance fighters confronted them, targeting enemy build-ups in rear areas, resulting in multiple enemy casualties and injuries, prompting the enemy to deploy helicopters for evacuation under artillery and smoke cover.
Fifth Axis: Area of the 210th Division, extending from Ghajar to the occupied Shebaa Farms.
Islamic Resistance fighters intensively targeted multiple advancement attempts around Kfar Shuba and Shebaa to control the heights. The enemy burned forests in the area to prevent Resistance attacks. Fighters continue to confront repeated enemy advancements toward the southern and southeastern neighborhoods of Khiam with various rocket and artillery types, achieving confirmed hits.
2- Rocket Force:
The Islamic Resistanceโs rocket force continues to target enemy positions in sites and military barracks along the Lebanese-Palestinian border, extending to military, strategic, and security bases deep within occupied Palestine. Various rockets, including precision rockets being used for the first time, have been launched, totaling 655 operations since 17-09-2024, with 63 operations in the past three days alone, reaching depths of up to 105 km, extending to northern Tel Aviv suburbs.

The farewell ceremony for martyr Karbasi will be held tonight after Maghrib and Isha prayers in Tehran and after that, the body will be moved to Shiraz for burial.
