Intra-articular dorsal radius fracture, usually caused by fall onto outstreched hand (FOOSH).


X-Ray Findings ⬇️

Intra-articular fracture of distal radius. Fracture involves dorsal, but not the palmar, aspect. Usually there is dorsal dislocation of the radiocarpal joint.
