Something’s been bugging me since I read the story about Biden awarding RFK with a Presidential Medal Of Freedom.

It just seemed kinda … odd.

So, naturally, I began looking for comms.

@anotherkimber Pointed out that Joe Biden had busts of both RFK and MLK Jr in the Oval Office.

Of course, both of these men were assassinated.

This morning, Chad Pergram tweeted that House Republicans had been taken by bus to Fort McNair in DC to discuss policy.

Fort McNair is interesting - not only did it have an accident involving fireworks in 1864 (on June 17, no less), but it was also the site of the trial for the co-conspirators in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.

Just so happens that Inauguration Day this year falls on MLK Jr Day.

I’m not sure what all of that means just yet - could be absolutely nothing. At the same time, that all seems a bit much to be “just a coincidence” to me.

This latest round of kayfabe is gonna end up torpedoing DEI, methinks.

"They wont hire Americans because they are stupid". That's the narrative being given.

The truth is that those being hired are very fuggin good in those fields (IT, for example) because those cultures don't fugg around with education.

Their kids aren’t getting home from school and playing Call Of Duty - they’re getting home and studying.

What I’m getting from it is: “We are gonna hire the best for the job” - As it should be.

Unfortunately America has slid so far down the educational totem pole that we are sniffing dirt and can’t offer up “the best” for all of these positions anymore like we could in the past. It’s a harsh reality, but a reality nonetheless. One that must be addressed and fixed.

How do you fix that? Fix the education system and fix the culture. Make learning great again.

And - As we covered on EOTS tonight - the 14th Amendment can be used to ban DEI because it is unconstitutional.

This whole thing is gonna end up boomeranging on DEI. Not only that, but I think it is also going to unfurl a whole bunch of corruption within the H1B process which itself was probably rooted in propping up DEI.

It also has the potential to shine a spotlight on the shortcomings of our education system as well.

Let’s see what happens.
