SUB ACROMIAL SPUR BONE MARROW OEDEMA
Broad based subacromial spur (Orange arrows at spur margins) with underlying bone marrow oedema. Unusual to see oedema in subacromial spurs. Most likely this is related to the complete full thickness SST tear (Green arrow no tendon present) with constant rubbing of the spur against the superiorly subluxed humeral head.
