πŸ”₯How to update drivers Windows 10 πŸ”₯

πŸ‘€ Watch on YouTube

In comparison with old Windows the Windows 10 comes with the best set of universal drivers that allow you to use all the features of the system immediately after the OS installation. But they only implement basic functions, such as viewing the graphic interface on the screen, recognition connected mouse and other. If you want to manage your processor power, post-effects on the screen, or even print a document to a connected printer, you need to get drivers specifically for your hardware.

Microsoft cannot solve the driver problem on its own. Vendors release a separate driver for each device which during the support cycle can also receive updates and generate additional versions of the same driver. The Windows Update service finds drivers only for the latest hardware. If you use outdated or little-known hardware there is a big chance that this service will be useless.

πŸ”₯How To Update Drivers πŸ”₯

πŸ‘€ Watch on YouTube

PC users know that β€œdriver” mean a kind of software that is necessary for the correct operation of PC components. Video, sound, USB connectivity, and even some processor functionality can be unavailable or limited in use if you have problems with drivers.

Modern operating systems from the Windows family, have "basic" drivers that allow you to use the basic features of the installed hardware. For example, video cards with these drivers can display the image on the screen, but full resolution and optimization options will be unavailable. In addition, during the hardware support period, vendors may update their drivers to optimise performance or fix some vulnerability.

In this video, I will present a few mini-guides about drivers updating in Windows and MacOS. In Linux, drivers updating process differs depending on the used distributive, so this video will not cover it.

When PCs fail or crash, there are many potential causes, they all can be divided into two groups: Hardware and Software. Let’s talk about it and how to maintain your computer in sound shape.

Most software bugs can be fixed with antimalware software, PC optimizers, or Windows built-in system diagnostics tools. So in the first part of this video, I will explain how to use system and third-party programs to clean up your PC from unnecessary and outdated files.

Problems with hardware are more noticeable, as it is expressed by the inaccessibility of the broken component or by visible disturbances in the usual mode of operation of the PC.
