💎YOUR IMPACT:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility and secure media coverage for BetterMe products;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, stylists, celebrities, and industry professionals;
- Write press releases, media kits, and other materials to support brand messaging and product launches;
- Use affiliate marketing to secure media placements and maximize brand exposure;
- Organize and manage product launches to maximize media exposure;

🔅ABOUT YOU:

- 3+ years of experience as a PR Specialist in global markets;
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency;
- Proven track record: a portfolio showcasing organic and/or affiliate publications in international media;
- Eagerness to explore affiliate marketing and new communication channels;
- Proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership of PR processes;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;

⚠️ Key Task: piloting the PR & CSR function.

The PR Manager is responsible for the localization and adaptation of the company's key statements, and organizes effective work with contractors.

⛏ Responsibilities:
➡️ Design & implement the Company PR & CSR strategy for the Brand as well as each product group.
➡️ Creating a PR roadmap to ensure the Brand KPIs fulfillment as well as strengthening the Company brand positioning.
➡️ Liaising with and answering inquiries from media, individuals, GO & NGO.
➡️ Managing of press releases distribution/compiling & finalizing local press releases.
➡️ Suggesting & implementing the ideas for the CSR projects.

💬 Requirements:

✔️ Excellent communication and organization skills, high level of emotional intelligence, multitasking, and a good team player.
