Sad to hear about the demise of world renowned & distinguised Cardiac Surgeon Dr. K.M Cherian sir who carried out India's first coronary artery bypass surgery, first heart-lung transplant & is a pioneer of pediatric cardiac surgery in the country. A former honorary surgeon to the President of India, he was an institution by himself. Such a humble & down to earth person he was.

September Memory! One of the HARDEST & most REWARDING things ever was receiving my Ph.D Doctorate from University of Mysore three years ago from Hon'ble Governor of Karnataka, Hon'ble Minister of Higher Education & Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor ! So much effort went in writing, editing & defending my thesis! 2021 was a distinct year during Covid time!! Becoming the First Playback Singer in India to receive doctorate for my research in 100 yrs of Film Music with my thesis spanning over 1000 pages!
