Asif V. Rahman, a CIA agent working in Cambodia, was arrested by the FBI over last month's leak of several highly classified top-secret documents related to preparations for an Israeli strike against Iran.
Rahman has been extradited to Guangtanamo, where he faces charges filed in federal court in Virginia for "Intentional Withholding and Transmitting National Defense Information," despite Israel not being part of the United States to be classified as national defense information.
