Okay but first: Overstriding used to be my number one thing I would do incorrectly. 🤷♀️ I always had shin splints, my knees and hips would always be tight and in pain, and I was not running efficiently at all, I would get tired after 100 m. 😖😖😖
Now, it’s actually difficult for me to even attempt to overstride (I’m honestly not doing it very much in the video compared to younger me) 👏👏👏
