PRAYING IN THE HARVEST

BIBLE READING: MATTHEW 9:35-38; 1PETER 1:9; REVELATION 14:15

"After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples and tongues, standing before the Throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands," Revelation 7:9 (NKJV)


Just before the Second Advent of the Lord Jesus Christ, the End Time Harvest designed by the Lord God Almighty is leading His people into a New Domestic of Spiritual Maturity. This Great Harvest is going to usher in the Salvation of lost souls throughout the entire world, (Jn. 4:35) snatching them out of the kingdom and power of darkness into the Lord Jesus' Glorious Kingdom of Light (1Pet. 2:9). This Final Church Age would conclude with the Greatest Harvest of souls the world has ever seen before. Each soldier enrolled in the Army of God is required to not only hear the sound of the War Trumpet calling him into action, but also to interpret it and acknowledge what is expected of him (1Cor. 14:8-10).

The same way John the Baptist was called as a prophet to be the forerunner of the Lord Jesus Christ, we have been called as Genuine Christian believers to prepare the Way for the Lord's Imminent Return through Revelation and Spiritual Warfare (Jn. 1:19-23). Even though the Lord Jesus has won the keys of hell and death away from the grip of satan, the Complete Fulfillment of all He won is yet to be fully manifested on this Earth. Always remember that He would continue sitting at the Right Hand of God the Father until His enemies become His Footstool (Heb. 10:12-13). God is currently building us up in Him and giving us the Knowledge of His Son and Power to equip us to take back by force that which the devil has stolen from the Kingdom of God (Prov. 6:30-31). We have a Divine Duty to pray in the End Time Harvest. Hence, God is counting on us. God forbid that we fail Him and our generation.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, to You alone do we ascribe all the Glory, Honour and Praise. O Lord, please enable us to have a sense of urgency as far as the Harvest of the Last Days is concerned in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

BEHOLD THE FIELDS OF HARVEST

BIBLE READING: MATTHEW 20:6-7; JOHN 4:35; ACTS 8:1-8

"But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with Compassion for them because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no Shepherd. Then He said to His Disciples, “The Harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few. Therefore, pray the Lord of the Harvest to send out labourers into His Harvest.” Matthew 9:36-38 (NKJV)


The Truth of the Second Advent or Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ being imminent can never be overemphasized. On this basis as a result of the Missionary Mandate of the Church, there is a grave need for every Genuine Christian believer to cultivate a Deeper Sense of Urgency, "making the most of every opportunity for the days are evil" Eph. 5:16(NIV). As Authentic Members of the Body of Christ, we are currently living in the Dispensation of the Five Wise Virgins (Matt. 25:1-13). On this premise, the onus lies squarely on us to shift our focus from our Local Church gatherings to the Massive Mission Fields out there in the world.

Every Genuine Disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ has been entrusted by God the Father a Missionary Mandate. Therefore, our Primary Assignment ought to be our various Designated Mission Fields. The Lord Jesus was always intentional and deliberate during His Earthly Ministry, as He still is today, with respect to every single thing He did, including when "He needed to go through Samaria" Jn. 4:4(NKJV). A notable instance of the Lord Jesus' Missionary Approach towards Ministry was His Encounter with the woman at the Well of Samaria. In addition, Apostle Paul made the most of the opportunity he was afforded as he waited for Silas and Timothy to transform the idolatrous state of Athens into a Mission Field from which he reaped a Great Missionary Harvest of converts (Acts 17:34).

James, the brother of the Lord Jesus, was the head pastor of the Early Church in Jerusalem. In his Sole Epistle to the Church, he gave a solemn admonition to the Early Church, which is still apt today: "Therefore be patient, brethren, until the Coming of the Lord. SEE HOW THE FARMER WAITS FOR THE PRECIOUS FRUIT OF THE EARTH, WAITING PATIENTLY FOR IT UNTIL IT RECEIVES THE EARLY AND LATTER RAIN" (Jam. 5:7).

Anytime the Lord Jesus sees any Sphere or Sector of Society ranging from the Mountain of Family to the Mountain of Education, what He sees is a Fruitful Mission Field ripe enough for harvesting. We as a Church are currently running on borrowed time. Hence, we need to do likewise and join Forces with the Entire Host of Heaven to reap this Massive End Time Harvest.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we magnify Your Holy Name and thank You for giving us the privilege of becoming Your Instruments of Peace. O Lord, please enlighten the eyes of our Understanding to see the Mission Fields You have assigned to us in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

RAISING SKILLED LABOURERS FOR THE END TIME HARVEST

BIBLE READING: MATTHEW 9:35-38; AMOS 4:7; DEUTERONOMY 24:19; EXODUS 22:29; PSALMS 107:37-38

"And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with Compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith He unto His disciples, “The Harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the Harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His Harvest.” Matthew 9:36-38 (KJV)


In addition to the Great Work that was set before them, the Lord Jesus admonished His Disciples to pray for Skilled Workers to join them in the reaping of the Endtime Harvest. When was the last time you shared the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ with someone? Perhaps you even had an opportunity to lead them to Him, but let it slip by. Sometimes, as Christian believers, we entertain excuses and dismiss our Primary duties, erroneously claiming that our friends and family aren't yet ripe enough to hear about Jesus Christ. But the Truth is that preaching the Good News is rather uncomfortable for some of us. The Kingdom of God has no room whatsoever for unemployment in the Field. The Father has plenty of Work reserved for everyone. The Same Words of Jesus in our Key Scripture remain True even today. The Lord God Almighty desires that we pray, share Christ, and teach others to come alongside us to serve Him.

New Christian believers are amongst the most excited people in the Kingdom of God. As soon as they experience a Relationship with God, their Sole Desire is to immediately share His Good News with anyone they can find. However, the Lord Jesus instead instructs us first of all to pray (Matt. 9:38). Before you even pray for those waiting to know Christ, pray that other established Christian believers would join you in reaching out to them. This is so because a Massive Harvest awaits reaping. We can achieve a great deal if we spend fifteen to thirty minutes each day each week in the Place of Prayer, asking the Lord to bring others to help us in all He has called us to do in the Mission Fields. We need to ask God to prepare their hearts to be ready to receive Him. We need to ask and receive the Courage to share the Gospel with someone who is desperately in need of it.

Soul winning is God's Primary Responsibility as a Missionary God, and Prayer is His Primary Soulwinning Tool. Without Sufficient and Efficient Prayer, there would be no real and lasting Harvest of souls. One Key Reason many Christian believers are unsuccessful in Soul winning is that they approach it from a carnal point of view, failing to remember that there is a strong man who needs to be bound. Prayer breaks and plows the soil for sowing while preaching and witnessing plants the seeds. So we as Authentic Christian believers must pray before we preach or witness because Prayer generates the Unction that gives our Missionary Endeavour a Cutting Edge (Jn. 4:34-38). Let us therefore arise and pray in the Skilled Labour or Workforce needed to mobilize this End Time Harvest.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we glorify You for Who You are and for all You do. O Lord, please enable us to develop Practical Strategies for Effective Soul winning. Please grant us the Grace to pray effectively for this End Time Harvest in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION (PT. 1)

BIBLE READING: ACTS 24:16; 2 CORINTHIANS 5:18-20; 1 TIMOTHY 2:5

"Blessed [Spiritually calm with Life-Joy in God's Favour] are the Makers and Maintainers of Peace, for they will [express His Character and] be called the sons of God." Matthew 5:9 (Amplified Translation)


There are Two Key Reasons behind the Lord God Almighty creating Mankind as documented in the Book of Genesis. The First was for the Purpose of Relationships whereby God satisfied His Desire to have His Own children with whom He could relate lovingly (Num.12:5-8). The Second Reason was for him to exercise Dominion as a representative of the Lord (Ps. 8:4-6). Every single Christian believer has therefore been entrusted with a Divine Mandate to restore the fallen man to his Original Position in Christ, which God envisioned during Creation (Gen. 1:26-28). The onus, therefore, lies upon all of us as Authentic Christian believers to restore the Image of God Almighty, which was perverted by satan as a result of the Fall in the Garden of Eden (Gen. 3). This Divine Assignment could be accomplished much faster by catching a Revelation of the Ministry of Reconciliation.

The Holy Scriptures refer to the Lord Jesus Christ as the "Prince of Peace" (Isa. 9:6b). Simply put, every Genuine Christian believer has been given a Divine Responsibility as far as the issue of the Pursuit of Peace is concerned. We must all endeavour to become trained and proficient in the Art of promoting Peace and in the Art of Conflict Resolution. It is extremely heartbreaking to know that many so-called Christian believers who claim to have a flawless Relationship with the Lord are extremely antagonistic towards the unsaved and sanctimonious in their overall outlook. According to the Gospels, the Lord Jesus referred to Himself as "a Friend of tax collectors and sinners" (Lk. 7:34). Never forget that the Art of Conflict Resolution requires the Reconciler to intentionally develop a healthy two-way Relationship with the two conflicting parties. This ought to be the greatest asset anyone can have when it comes to resolving conflicts, especially any which exists between God and Mankind.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for granting us the privilege of being Instruments of Peace in Your Hands. O Lord, please enable us to become effective Agents of Reconciliation in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

HOW TO INITIATE A MISSIOLOGICAL BREAKTHROUGH

BIBLE READING: MATTHEW 9:37-38; LUKE 4:18; ACTS 1:8; JOHN 4:35; ROMANS 10:14-15; PSALM 96:3; MATTHEW 28:19-20

"Then He said to His Disciples, ‘The Harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray the Lord of the Harvest to send out laborers into His Harvest.’” Matthew 9:37-38(NKJV)


A Missiological Breakthrough occurs when God's Transformative Power breaks through the barriers that hinder the Advancement of His Kingdom. It is a Divine Moment when His Mission is propelled forward, disrupting strongholds and opening hearts to His Truth. Initiating such a Breakthrough requires a Partnership with the Holy Spirit, aligned with His Will and sensitive to His Leading. Jesus, the Ultimate Missionary, demonstrated how to engage in this Mission effectively. He came with a Purpose, and everything He did was rooted in that Mission: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to proclaim Good News to the poor" (Lk. 4:18).

The first step in initiating a Missiological Breakthrough is understanding the Heart of God for the lost. God’s Desire is that all people come to the Knowledge of the Truth (1Tim. 2:4) and this Heart must become our own. When we begin to see the world through God's Eyes, with Compassion and Urgency, it sets us on the Path of action. As we seek God's Heart for the nations, we move beyond mere programs and strategies and enter into the Realm of Divine Appointments, where the Holy Spirit works mightily to soften hearts and prepare the ground for the Seed of the Gospel.

Prayer is a Key Component in initiating a Missiological Breakthrough. Jesus instructed His Disciples to pray earnestly for the Lord to send laborers into the Harvest Field (Matt. 9:37-38). Our Prayers must reflect a Desire for God to break down barriers, be it cultural, emotional, or Spiritual, and create opportunities for His Message to be heard. Through Intercession, we partner with God in His Mission, inviting His Power to work in ways we cannot. Prayer also strengthens our Faith and empowers us to go into unfamiliar territories with Boldness and Courage, trusting that God will go before us.

Another Essential Element is building relationships and engaging with people from all walks of life. Jesus didn't merely preach from a distance; He built Genuine Relationships with the people He encountered. He spoke to the Samaritan woman at the well (Jn. 4), healed the sick and reached out to the marginalized. As Christian believers, we must be willing to enter the world of those we seek to reach. It's through Relationships, Conversations, Acts of Kindness, shared experiences that people come to know the Love of Christ.

A Missiological Breakthrough also requires Obedience to the Calling, no matter how difficult or uncomfortable the Journey may seem. The Apostle Paul exemplified this in his Missionary Journeys, facing persecution, imprisonment, and hardship for the sake of spreading the Gospel (Acts 13-14). He was driven by a Deep Conviction that God's Mission was worth any Sacrifice. Likewise, when we obey God’s Call, even when it stretches us beyond our comfort zones, we participate in bringing about a Powerful Shift in the Spiritual Atmosphere.

Finally, a Missiological Breakthrough is sustained by the Power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus told His Disciples to wait in Jerusalem for the Promised Holy Spirit, who would empower them to be His Witnesses (Acts 1:8). It is the Holy Spirit Who transforms hearts, opens doors, and empowers us to boldly declare the Gospel. Without His Work, our efforts are futile. Therefore, we must rely on His Guidance and Power to accomplish the Mission He has set before us. As we initiate a Missiological Breakthrough, we must remember that it is not by our might or power but by the Spirit of God (Zech. 4:6).

When we align our hearts with God’s Mission, commit to Prayer, build Relationships, obey His Call and depend on the Holy Spirit, we set the Stage for a Mighty Move of God in the world. This is the Mission we are called to, one that has the Potential to change lives, communities, and nations for the Glory of God.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of being part of Your Great Mission to reach the world with the Gospel. O Lord, please empower us by Your Holy Spirit to step out boldly and fulfill the Great Commission. Open our eyes to the fields that are ripe for Harvest and raise up laborers for the Work ahead. Help us to be Faithful in sharing Your Love and Truth, both near and far. May our lives reflect Your Heart for the nations and may Your Kingdom come in Power in Jesus' Mighty Name we pray. Amen.

THE PRINCIPLE OF RELATIONSHIP IN THE PLACE OF PRAYER

BIBLE READING: PSALM 103:13; JOHN 1:12-13; ROMANS 8:14-17; JOHN 10:28-30

“I love those who love Me; and those who seek Me early and diligently will find Me.” Proverbs 8:17 (AMP)


Prayer is not merely a ritual; it is the very Fabric that connects our existence to the Divine. It is through Prayer that humanity communicates with its Creator, acknowledging our dependency on God. The example of Adam, who communed with God daily in the Garden of Eden, highlights the Intimate Relationship Prayer fosters: "And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the Garden in the cool of the day..."(Gen. 3:8). This Relationship is the Gateway to God’s Kingdom, established when we accept Jesus as Lord. Our Eternal Destiny hinges on this Connection, either in Union with God or separated from Him, as Matthew 25:41 warns: “Then He will say to those on His Left, ‘Leave Me, you cursed ones, into the Eternal Fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels.’” Our response to Prayer and our Relationship with God define our Eternal Path.

Our Lord Jesus, the Perfect Model and Epitome of this Foundational Principle, taught His Disciples to pray by saying, "When you pray, say, 'Our Father...'" (Lk. 11:2). By addressing God as Father, Jesus emphasizes the Intimate Relationship that exists between Himself and the Father, a Bond we are invited to share. Even after His Resurrection, Jesus continued to refer to God as His Father, extending this Invitation to us, to enter into a deeply Personal Connection with the Creator, who dwells within us through His Holy Spirit. In calling God "Father," we recognize His Tender, Nurturing Love and Care, approaching Him with hearts filled with Gratitude for the profound affection He has for us, as shown in John 3:16.

The Potency of Prayer is closely tied to our Intimacy with God. As we engage in Prayer and immerse ourselves in His Living Word, guided by the Holy Spirit, we unlock new Dimensions of His Presence. This Journey deepens our Understanding of His Character, reveals profound insights into our true selves through His Perspective, and uncovers the Unique Purpose He has designed for our lives. At its core, Prayer is built on Relationship. When we align ourselves with God's Heart and become His Delight, He generously shares the Treasures of His Kingdom with us, as He reassures us in Luke 12:32: "Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s Good Pleasure to give you the Kingdom."

Prayer is not just a Practice but a Divine Invitation to live in Constant Communion with our Heavenly Father. It is through this Sacred Connection that we discover His Heart, fulfill our Purpose, and experience His Abundant Grace. As we draw closer to Him, we are transformed, equipped, and empowered to carry out His Will, bringing His Kingdom to Earth one Prayer at a time.

Heavenly Father, we express our Gratitude for the privilege of being Your cherished children and Your Dwelling Place. O Lord, please guide us to live those lives that bring You Joy, fostering Continual Communion with You and extending this Beautiful Relationship to others just as You extended Your Love to us through Sacrifice in Jesus' Mighty Name we pray. THE PRINCIPLE OF ENVIRONMENT IN THE PLACE OF PRAYER

BIBLE READING: JOB 22:27; PSALM 91:1-16; SONG OF SOLOMON 2:14; PSALMS 31:20

“And they heard the Sound of the Lord God walking in the Garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the Presence of the Lord God among the trees of the Garden." Genesis 3:8 (NKJV)


Prayer is a Sacred Connection between Earth and Heaven. It is not just a routine but a Divine Invitation to partner with God in shaping human affairs. Jesus Himself taught His Disciples how to pray, giving us what we now call "The Lord’s Prayer" (Lk. 11:1-4). Prayer is essential for every Christian believer, offering us Access to God’s Guidance and Power. The environment we create around us plays a big role in shaping our Destiny. During His Ministry, Jesus understood this well. He created an Atmosphere of Faith and Expectation, allowing Miracles and Healings to occur. However, in Nazareth, where there was unbelief, His Work was limited (Mk. 6:2-5). Our surroundings can either help us grow or hold us back. For example, God called Abraham to leave his familiar home and go to a place where He would bless him (Gen. 12:1). On the other hand, Jonah’s initial refusal to go to Nineveh caused trouble until he obeyed God (Jonah 1-4). As Christian believers, we must create Spiritual Environments that welcome God’s Presence, places filled with Faith, Prayer, and Trust. When we align ourselves with God’s Will, we open the door for His Blessings and Miracles in our lives.

Obeying the Holy Spirit's Guidance regarding our environment is crucial, as seen in the lives of Biblical figures like Abraham and Jonah. Abraham left his homeland when God instructed him, stepping into a Destiny of Blessings (Gen. 12:1). Jonah, on the other hand, faced challenges until he aligned with God's Direction (Jonah 1-4). These examples show how our surroundings and Obedience to God impact our Purpose. At the heart of Prayer lies the "Secret Place," a Sacred Space where humanity meets Divinity, and God's Glory shines brightly. Psalm 91:1 describes it as a Refuge where believers experience close Fellowship with God. This Space isn’t just physical but a Spiritual Sanctuary where we connect deeply with the Almighty and draw Strength, Guidance and Peace.

The "Secret Place" of Prayer is not confined by physical space but represents a Spiritual Dimension where Christian believers encounter God's Presence. It is a Sanctuary of Deep Communion with God, a Place where Inner Devotion leads to Strength and Protection (Ps. 27:5; Eph. 6:10-18). It serves as a School where Divine Wisdom is imparted, (Jn. 14:26) a Refining Furnace for Spiritual Transformation (Mal. 3:3; Jer. 18:1-6) and a Sacred Dwelling where God desires Intimate Fellowship (Isa. 45:15; Jer. 29:13). It is also a Repository of Divine Revelations, where God unveils His Mysteries (Isa. 45:3).

To reside in this "Secret Place" is more than a momentary visit; it signifies a Continuous Alignment with God's Will. It invites believers into an Ongoing, Intimate Relationship with the Almighty, resulting in a life filled with Divine Blessings. Unlike transient visits, this Sacred Realm calls us to make a Permanent Home in God’s Presence. Biblical Examples, such as Moses encountering God in the Burning Bush (Exo. 3:1-6), show the Transformative Power of such encounters. The "Secret Place" is a lifestyle of Constant Communion, where the believer is shaped by the Continual Presence of God (Ps. 27:4). In the quiet of the "Secret Place," we find not only solace but also Transformation. It is here, in the Sacred Stillness, that we encounter the Fullness of God’s Presence, where His Voice becomes clearer and His Purpose for our lives unfolds.

UNDERSTANDING THE GREAT COMMISSION

BIBLE READING: 1 CORINTHIANS 9:16; 2 CORINTHIANS 5:18; JOHN 15:16

"Go therefore and make Disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Matthew 28:19 (NKJV)


The Great Commission is a Universal Call for all Christian believers, a Divine Mandate embedded in God’s Plan even before our Salvation. This underscores that we were born into a Mission ordained by God. As a God of Purpose, He assigns meaning to every part of His Creation. Long before Mankind was formed, our Purpose was already established (Gen. 1:26). God’s Preference for Partnership is evident in Creation itself. Rather than saying “Let Me,” He declared, “Let Us,” emphasizing Collaboration within the Trinity. This sets a Powerful Example that Teamwork and Unity are integral to accomplishing His Plans. In the New Testament, Jesus embodied this Model when He sent His Disciples out in pairs to preach the Gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons (Mk. 6:7). After His Resurrection, He commanded them to go and make Disciples of all nations, (Matt. 28:19-20) emphasizing that the Great Commission was not a Solo Mission but a Collective Effort. The Early Church also demonstrated this Unity. The Apostles gathered in one accord in the Upper Room, leading to the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, which empowered them to spread the Gospel (Acts 2). Similarly, Paul’s Missionary Journeys were a team effort as he partnered with Barnabas, Silas, Timothy, and others to take the Gospel to unreached regions. The Great Commission thrives on Collaboration. As Christian believers, we are called to work together, sharing the Gospel and expanding God’s Kingdom. Teamwork is not only God’s Language; it is the Foundation for fulfilling His Global Mission.

The Great Commission is an Inclusive Mandate where every believer has a unique Role to play. Just as a symphony requires musicians playing different instruments to create Harmony, fulfilling the Great Commission demands Unity in diversity among God’s people (Eph. 4:16). No single person can accomplish it alone; it takes the collective effort of Evangelists, Intercessors, Teachers, Administrators, and many others to bring God’s Kingdom to Earth. God has entrusted us with the Sacred Responsibility of reclaiming humanity and the Earth for His Glory. Every moment is precious because our adversary, the devil, is relentless, knowing his time is short (Rev. 12:12). The increasing Moral and Spiritual darkness in the world underscore the urgency of our Mission. As Light Bearers, we must rise and shine, for Light is the only Antidote to darkness (Jn. 1:5).

Consider the Example of the Early Church: While Paul and Barnabas journeyed to spread the Gospel, others like Lydia opened their homes for Ministry, and Christian believers such as Priscilla and Aquila mentored new Disciples. Each person played a distinct and vital role in advancing God’s Kingdom, showing the Power of Collaboration and Diversity in fulfilling the Great Commission. Our Heavenly Assignment demands lives saturated with the Knowledge of God. The Great Commission is not merely a Mission but an invitation to walk in His Glory. If we long to see His Glory, we must labor for it to be revealed across the Earth, fulfilling His Promise: "The Earth will be filled with the Knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea” (Hab. 2:14). Let us unite in Purpose and Action, bringing the Transformative Light of God’s Kingdom to a world desperate for Salvation and Redemption. In our various spheres of influence where God has strategically placed us, let us shine His Light and fulfill our Divine Mandate.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your Love towards us. Please grant that Your Word takes root in our lives, and we receive Divine Enablement to relentlessly obey the Great Commission and reconcile men back to You in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

UNVEILING THE LAW OF WORK (PART 2)

BIBLE READING: GENESIS 1:1-31; 2:1-20; PROVERBS 24:17; COLOSSIANS 3:23-25

"Man goes out to his work and to his labour until the evening." Psalm 104:23 (NKJV)


As we saw in the previous study, God the Father Himself is still working because Work is part of the Kingdom Culture. This fact eradicates any excuse for laziness. The Holy Bible opens with the Lord working. According to Genesis Chapter One, God demonstrated to us His Work Ethic, seen in how He worked to bring about the Entire Creation. He worked six days from morning till evening and rested on the Seventh Day, and He has commanded us to follow the same Pattern in our work. The Truth is that Work did not come as a result of Adam's fall but rather God already blessed and ordained Work before Adam's disobedience. God ordained Work for Three Major Purposes:

(1.) He put man in charge of His Beloved Creation to tend and work it (Gen. 2:15).

(2.) He designed Work to provide for us and meet our material needs (2 Thes. 3:10-12).

(3.) He established Work in order to empower us to be able to give those who are in need and to sponsor Kingdom Expansion (Eph. 4:28).

We as Christian believers are expected to adopt our work ethic from our Father Himself, Who is a Hard Worker. The Lord Jesus Himself is also a Hard Worker. While He was on Earth, He didn't sit down idle, waiting for His Thirtieth Year in other to begin His Ministry. He worked as a Carpenter and did His Work diligently before His Revelation to the world. We also learn Work Ethic from the ants
P(Prov. 6:6). The Book of Proverbs is filled with the importance and benefits of Diligence in Work (Prov. 10:4; 13:4; 14:23)

The Holy Scriptures tell us that everything that God created was good (Gen. 1:10,12,18,21,25,31). That is because God has an Excellent Nature, and it naturally reflects in His Work. We also saw in our previous study that God ordained and sanctified Rest through the Law of the Sabbath. Resting before Work is tantamount to laziness while working without Rest will undoubtedly rob us of the Benefits of our Work (Prov. 23:4-5).

Since God the Father and Christ Jesus by the Power of the Holy Spirit are still working, (Jn. 5:17) we have a duty to work diligently with all our hearts as unto the Lord, whether it is in our personal work or business, in our Service in the House of God, or in the work of Soul winning and Kingdom Expansion (Col. 3:23, Ecc. 9:10).

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we magnify You for the Gift of Work and the Ability to work diligently. O Lord, please empower us to see Work as part of our Service to You and humanity. Help us to glorify You in our Work always in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.

THE AUTHORITY OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD

BIBLE READING: ROMANS 13:7; MATTHEW 6:33; DANIEL 6:26; 1CORINTHIANS 4:20; 1CORINTHIANS 15:50

"Let every soul be subject to the Governing Authorities. For there is no Authority except from God, and the Authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore, whoever resists the Authority resists the Ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring Judgment on themselves." Romans 13:1-2(NKJV)


To fully exercise the Dominion Mandate, one must possess a Deep Understanding of the Authority that flows from the Kingdom of God. In the Model Prayer, commonly referred to as the Lord's Prayer, the Lord Jesus teaches us this Foundational Truth, concluding with the Powerful Declaration: "For Yours is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory forever. Amen" (Matt. 6:13b). This statement emphasizes that God is the Supreme King and Plenipotentiary over all the kingdoms of the Earth and the Heavens (Rev. 11:15). His Reign is Absolute, and He will eventually assert His Dominion wherever His Rule is not currently acknowledged. It is for this reason that the Holy Scriptures call Jesus "the KING of kings and LORD of lords." (Rev. 17:14; 19:16), affirming His Sovereignty over all Earthly rulers and powers.

The Kingdom of God extends far beyond the limits of Earthly rule. His Dominion encompasses the entirety of Creation and transcends time and space, as God is the Eternal Emperor of the Universe (Ps. 145:13). The term "kingdom" comes from the Greek word basileia, which literally means "rule" or "realm of influence." A kingdom is only complete when there is both a king and a domain to govern. Without a domain or sphere of influence, a king's Authority has no significance. The Holy Bible reveals that God, as the Most High, exercises Supreme Authority over the kingdoms of men: "The Most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever He chooses" (Dan. 4:17). This highlights that humanity is merely a steward over whatever kingdom, domain, or influence God grants them.

When Jesus said, "the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost" (Lk. 19:10), He was referring not only to the Salvation of individual souls but also to the Restoration of the dominions and kingdoms that rightfully belong to God but had been taken over by the forces of darkness. These realms, whether Spiritual or physical, are part of God’s Creation, and He has the Exclusive Right to rule over them. Psalm 24:1 affirms this: "The Earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein." This brings us to an Essential Truth: all kingdoms, or "worlds" as referenced in Psalm 24, belong to God. He is the Legitimate Sovereign, with the Exclusive Right to reign over them. In Daniel 2:37, King Nebuchadnezzar is called "a king of kings," indicating that he had dominion over other Earthly rulers. However, Jesus is described as "The King of kings" (1Tim. 6:15), emphasizing that His Authority supersedes all other rulers—human or Spiritual. God’s Kingdom encompasses His Rule and Influence, which transcends even the Entire Universe. (Isa. 66:1). Either He is Lord of all, or He is not Lord at all.

As citizens of God’s Kingdom, our primary responsibility is to enforce the Authority of His Rule on Earth (Matt. 6:10). This means displacing the satanic influence that has taken root in the realms of society often referred to as the "Seven Mountains of Influence," including Government, Media, Business, Education, Family, Religion and Arts/Entertainment. By bringing God's Kingdom Principles to bear on these spheres, we actively participate in advancing His Rule. The full exercise of Authority by any king within his domain is crucial for maintaining Order and fulfilling Divine Purposes. Just as a king’s rule is only effective when it is exercised with Authority over his subjects, so too is the Kingdom of God.

God's Sovereignty over Creation gives Him the Legitimate Right to reign through His Appointed kings—those Christian believers who will one day rule alongside Christ in His Eternal Kingdom. As prophesied in Daniel 2:44 (NKJV): "And in the days of these kings the God of Heaven will set up a Kingdom which shall never be destroyed, and the Kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever."

The Dominion Mandate given to humanity by God is rooted in the Authority of His Kingdom. As His Royal Representatives, we are called to rule with Wisdom, Justice and Righteousness, bringing God's Influence to bear on every area of life. Our task is to enforce His Reign, recognizing that His Kingdom transcends all Earthly realms and ultimately, "every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the Glory of the Father" (Phil. 2:10-11). Let us take up this Divine Responsibility, empowered by the Spirit of God, to advance His Kingdom and extend His Glory to the ends of the Earth.

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of being called to serve as Kings and Priests in Your Kingdom. Please help us to understand the Depth of the Authority You have entrusted to us. Empower us by Your Spirit to advance Your Kingdom on Earth, displacing every force of darkness and bringing Your Will to bear in every realm of influence in Jesus' Mighty Name we pray. Amen.

*MIRACLES IN ISRAEL 🇮🇱 ON 1ST OCTOBER 2024*

I really don’t think you understand the absolute miracles that we witnessed last night here in Israel.

In fact, I am sure you don’t.

Let’s break this down.

Israel has three air defense systems, each one of them a technological wonder and that’s not me saying it. That’s Dr. Gold who basically invented the Iron Dome who told me that. The level and sophistication of the Iron Dome is simply unparalleled.

But the Iron Dome only knows how to detonate short range rockets or missiles within a 70 km range, give or take.

Then Israel has the David’s Sling system. That knows how to deal with mid range missiles up to approximately 300 km.

Then we have the Arrow system that literally detonates missiles that can fly outside of the earth’s atmosphere. That has a range of about 2,400 km!! 🤯

Last night, as Iran rained down ballistic missiles on Israel, all three defense systems were activated and implemented to perfection.

The chances of all of these incredibly complex systems working in unison as flawlessly as they did last night, are basically non existent.

If one thing went wrong, if one of those ballistic missiles hit an apartment building, a shopping center, or an army base, we would now be burying hundreds of Israelis.

And all of that is not even the biggest miracle.

A few hours ago, I got a WhatsApp message from a good friend who is a senior executive at Microsoft and who wasn’t exactly a God fearing Jew. Until yesterday.

Here is what he wrote me.

“If you’re looking for miracles man - last night I started believing. Missiles hit all around me but none of them hit my house or any house, for that matter.”

He elaborated some more and shared info about the missiles that he watched land just meters away from very strategic places in Israel, to say the least.

Each one of those defense systems is, in and of itself, pretty miraculous, but what is even more insane is the low casualty numbers from the rockets and missiles that we’re NOT intercepted.

Where did those missiles go? I’ll tell you where. They landed in sand, in water, and in “Empty spaces”.

Have you been to Israel? It’s a microscopic country. What empty spaces? Where are these empty spaces? 🤷‍♂️

How have hundreds of Iranian ballistic missiles all either get detonated by miraculous systems or totally miss their mark and land in empty spaces causing zero casualties and minimal damage?!

How??

Listen, I get it. This thought process begs the question, where was God during the horrible terrorist attack yesterday? Where was He on October 7th? Where was He during the holocaust?

All valid questions that require a very serious nuanced conversation.

But if you know anything about what had to happen last night and throughout this war in general, for such a low number of casualties, you’ll know that what we witnessed last night was the equivalent of God splitting the sea right before our eyes.

Guess what. When God split the sea, there were those who didn’t believe it was a miracle and didn’t jump in. And there are also those who feel the need to explain it naturally. Ok, that’s fine.

You don’t want to call yesterday an act of God? That’s your choice, but like my Microsoft friend, if you look at these events objectively, you’d have a really hard time seeing those hundreds of deadly missiles land in empty spaces and not see the hand of God.

Last night was an incredible display of the collaboration between two of the powers that protect the Jewish people: The IDF and Hashem.

Last night will go down in history right alongside many of Israel’s accomplishments in this war including the beepers and the unprecedented low ratio between combatant and civilian, as a military operation the likes of which the world has never seen. Ever!

Last night will be analyzed by military strategists and experts for generations.

Last night, we witnessed history.

Last night we witnessed open miracles.

Last night, we witnessed God in all His glory watching over His children.
