CCTV footage of the car bombing incident that killed Valery Trankovsky, the chief of staff of the 41st Missile Brigade of the Russian navy’s Black Sea fleet

Incident occured in Russian occupied city of Sevastopol, Crimea.

Russian media reported that the explosion tore off Trankovsky’s legs and he died from blood loss. Trankovsky had reportedly been under surveillance for about a week, and the homemade explosive device was detonated remotely.

Our friends over at streakingdelilah on IG have analyzed the footage and the research had shown that this is the footage of the same group that was eliminated in Ukraine several months prior, with some added on footage. The group suffered 6 KIAs and were eliminated by members of the ukrainian 54th Recon Battalion.
