Best remedy for me - to read your messages! Day 1 of Miracle we have prepared, with meditation to bring you to sense of Safety and Stability - no matter what is happening outside in your life. Inside is - good, warm and calm 😇

Also guys i see some interesting trend, couple of you shared with me in the last days "Kat, I do not want to join training as FOMO. So I dont join" .

Please see it from my perspective.

I do not know what other trainings you are taking and why.

From my side, I select the best time, the best energy, and the best content to train you guys on.

And just like I have no breaks, I dont think you need breaks from growth, getting better, healthier and wealthier.

So I am not sure what FOMO means, I hope you are joining my trainings because you know it is GOOD for you.

Join, wake up, attend lives and get done with it. Or listen to video recordings. Use this lifetime for your growth, it is more fun.

The last quick assignment for today, before our big celebration of Winter Solstice tomorrow - analyse and close possible energy leakages.

Number 1 is our thoughts. Where are your thoughts going during the day, which does not make you happy, wealthy, healthy?

Close this flow, stop thinking. I would love you to have one thought per hour.

Of course, for this you need stronger brain, and daily meditation practice.

Second source -people. Remove from your environment people who take your energy, offline and online. Literally remove their contacts from your phone book, unfollow bloggers that make you feel FOMO or drama.

if you cannot remove ( its your family and your baby), then be mindful about it, when the leakage happens, understand it is part of the deal, and you need to refill your energy from some other pasive sources.

Another idea of leakage for you - desire to control things that you cannot control. Behavior of other people, news, weather, pollution, politics, practically everything which is outside of you - you cannot control.

My dream is to create an experience that people come and say - these 2 weeks have changed my life. Real transformation point

And update on Lighthouse project - we have decided to start one resort here only. While I still want Dharamshala too, there are some big benefits in building Lighthouse 1 where we have this land now. Firstly, the land size is very big, and it is in a quiet place with a beautiful mountain, 15 km from Chintapurni temple, and 30 min drive from Vande Bharat station. So either from the train (for Delhi and Chandigarth) or from the Flight (to Kangra / Dharamshala airport), access is getting more and more convenient these days. What is a plan - to build our house + several comfortable villas, and my dream is to run my trainings offline. So the whole experience is immersion into nature, meditation, healthy lifestyle, food, regime of the day, karma yoga etc. When I saw our mountain this time, i realised it is just perfect for it. Would you guys come for my training for 1-2 weeks ? Husbands and babies are welcome, and we will keep them happy and busy too
