Job Description:
DC and ACI (Data Center & ACI)
Strong knowledge of Nexus 2K/3K/5K/7K/9K platforms & hands-on experience with ACI.
Experience with overlay technologies like VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP, VPC, VDC, FabricPath, ISSU, and DC-Switching.
In-depth understanding of HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Macsec, PFC, etc.
Familiarity with L2 Switching and Python/Ansible/REST APIs for automation.
SD-WAN
Expertise in SD-WAN industry, products, and protocols.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Cisco SD-WAN platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and dedication to customer success.
Experience working in a client-facing role and interacting with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering).
Proficiency in Wireshark, tcpdump, or other protocol analyzers.
Knowledge of Neo4J, Elastic Search, and databases.
Programming skills in Python, Linux, and Shell scripting.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with Test Plan writing and automating test cases with Python.
Expertise in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, BGP), QoS, MPLS, Multicast, etc.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Virtualization technologies (KVM, ESXi).
Familiarity with DevOps practices (Netconf, RESTCONF, API, etc).
Cisco Security Concepts: UTD, ZBFW, Umbrella.

Certifications:-Expert & Professional level Cisco certifications such as CCIE or CCNP are highly preferred.
Education: Typically requires a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / BS degree is preferred.
