然後問我知唔知道新聽/新得嘅物理發現，我話蜜糖、雪糕擠出來會有螺旋形係因為接觸高度、流體粗幼、粘度有關，亦討論咗reynolds number嘅計算
跟住攞幅圖考我，有一道光線穿越4層玻璃，最後光線係點? 畀4個option，用初中就識嘅snell law即可
再確認我嘅成績同埋讀過嘅科目，話我DSE選修嗰兩科有Lv.5好好，不過year 1冇咩physics相關科目讀過，問我幾時會讀番
又叫我估BSc in Physics有咩要讀，答咗Astrophysics, quantum mechanics, statistical mechanics, semiconductor之類
最後問我點解會讀呢科，我話純為興趣，但professor建議我諗下將來有咩工作好做，或者研究

但請唔好自己呃自己，自己選修科/asso表現看似好又點，physics真係好勁咩? 好多初中同學見到 sinθ1/sinθ2=n1/n2公式好易就選physics，結果兵敗如山倒大部分人最後只有Lv.2，我驚自己喺大學經歷番相同嘅事

給大家的說話: 由sem 1水土不服搞到爛grade gpa唔過3到之後sem 2 sem 3好辛苦cgpa先追到3.4，原本諗住就算IELTS幾高分都拉唔番個爛gpa，疊埋心水入CityU，點知一月份收到UST interview，自問自己interview表現都唔錯，條題目又開正自己嗰範，因為自己有玩開crypto，所以啲問題都駕輕就熟。就算大家gpa唔高都唔好灰心，我自己都係join開好多case competition同埋有幾份finance intern，加埋IELTS成績都唔錯先令UST鬆手派conditional offer，希望大家收到自己想要嘅offer!

個人感覺interview過程好似傾偈咁•3• professor都好nice好好人🥹最緊要放鬆少少唔洗太緊張🫶🏻要真誠同埋show到自己真係對sw有興趣，仲有平時留意多啲時事就可以～

明白讀asso嘅過程一啲都唔簡單，但唔好因為一份assignment or quiz爛grade就放棄，可以追得返的～以前覺得對比其他人，自己要浪費多幾年時間先入到u🤣但其實認真諗諗，喺asso呢段時間的確係學到好多野，特別係心態上成長咗好多🙈另外都好感恩識咗好多好好嘅隊友們🤙🏻多得你地先可以平安渡過呢幾個sem🤍

會放返其他offer出嚟🫡
知道等待嘅過程可能會好焦慮，希望大家最終都收到想要嘅offer🫶🏻gayau

給大家的說話: 其實做功課唔難 唔上堂都可以B以上 反而兩年因為麻麻地學校啲人和事（可能每個人都係咁）而覺得好辛苦 好攰 每日帶住面具返去（攪到sem one走好多堂） gpa有2.9我都覺得唔錯 仲有一個sem要讀 本身以為要冇condi 咁讀埋 又要帶面具又要唔知有冇書讀 至少而家有書讀 希望同我差唔多嘅你堅持落去 sem break就好好放鬆 兩年其實好快
如果低gpa就報多啲收分低嘅科 2.8以上應該點都有科中
基本上兩年只係for你讀多啲少少書 個人成長啲 成熟啲 經歷多啲（我自己覺得）
不過我個人目標比較低 只求入八大ugc 因為足夠做到想做嘅嘢 亦都知道承受唔到再多嘅壓力（廢）

沒錯，無非就是人云亦云、隨波逐流、拾人牙慧 、鸚鵡學舌跟著大眾讀三大的人，這樣沒有個人見解的人，素質品味修養真的很低。一個喜歡香港大學的人素質會很高嗎？讀中文大學的人，在他的心目中，哪怕理論再怎麼逆天，只要GPA好看就行。這樣的人，能有什麼品味？還有些個什麼讀科大、浸大、理大的，肯定是想在大學裡代入進去滿足自己讀神科慾望的人，沒一點文明人應有的修養。而本人，每天清晨，端坐於原木餐桌前，先品味又一城麥當勞的咖啡，然後品味時光隧道剛做的飛機牆和大電視，背景音樂播放著城市大學的校歌。工作時，看著那流水線上一大早就無精打采，拖拖拉拉而被組長責難的同事，反觀鄙人，精神煥發，手腳麻利地猛猛打膠，本人不禁感慨，不是城市大學畢業的人，難怪素質品味修養那麼低。

首先係咪咁值得你博晒命？要諗下你好認真咁放成副心機去讀,都未必會攞到好成績 見到有人嗰group有freerider,做project做到凌晨,但係最尾gpa先得3.4,呢個成績換嚟既係虛弱既身體,例如無啦啦會胸口痛,腸胃炎等等 請問身體定成績重要？
然後就係non jupas既派位問題,有時唔派俾你唔係成績唔好,而係佢嗰科冇quota,俾心機讀但入唔到心儀學科會激氣
之後就係如果你用盡全力先啱啱入到大學,咁你大學只會更加吃力,可能畢唔到業,到時對成個人個打擊更加大 真正有能力應付嗰科既人應該用七成力就升翻上去
博盡無悔呢句野,隨時害死好多人

全英文，zoom(因為當時喺海外)，對2個prof。氣氛都幾輕鬆，當係吹水就得。
首先自我介紹，之後都冇乜問關於ot嘅嘢，反而問我好多關於自修嘅經歷，例如點準備嗰啲。全程大概15分鐘內搞掂，一開始以為佢哋唔想收我，所以先咁快完。

本身我喺前幾年考dse，electives全文科。但直至中五左右開始發覺自己想喺醫院做嘢，想aim醫療科，但因為冇讀任何一科理科，所以可以揀嘅醫療科好有限。放榜之後揀左三大某一科非醫療科，由ocamp開始已經唔想讀，覺得自己唔屬於呢個地方。但都格硬讀左幾個月之後就defer 2年，喺呢2年入面自修IAL。開始自修之前都有諗究竟retake DSE定IAL好，但最終因為IAL嘅制度而揀左佢(可以resit同埋一年可以考幾次，有好多次機會，唔使一試定生死)。我揀左讀bio，chem，maths同further maths。呢4科入面，我最推介讀maths & further maths。我dse冇讀m1/2，數學個grade又唔係話好出眾，但都handle到IAL嘅數。因為佢有好多份卷比你揀，你可以避開自己弱點嘅科。例如如果你stat差啲嘅，咁你就讀mechanics去取代stat。另外，IAL數重複性極高，肯狂操pp就可以靚grade。

啱啱開始嗰陣真係全自修，都係靠睇yt片同埋讀textbook。每日嘅日常大概只有讀書，hea同訓覺。我每日都會set一啲目標比自己，例如要讀幾多頁書，溫邊一part等等。最困難嘅位係有時啲concepts/題目唔明，好難搵到人教。因為IAL除左跟學校讀之外，喺出面好難搵到好多資源/補習，就算有補習都好貴。所以嗰陣好多時都係靠自己去鑽研，狂煲yt片。我由文科轉理科，其實學術上唔算真係好吃力，只要你肯自律溫書，都好可能會考到靚grade。

反而我覺得最辛苦嘅係，喺呢2年入面基本上冇乜社交，依家有時都會諗自己係咪浪費左人生最青春嘅2年。為左達到目標，日日都迫自己迫得好辛苦，甚至因為驚浪費時間而唔同中同去grad trip。同齡嘅人都有自己嘅ulife，有正常嘅生活。而我就好似社會入面嘅異類，冇工返亦冇學校返。每日起身都唔知自己為乜，只能夠不斷自我感動，同自己講堅持落去總有一日威比人睇。我作為一個E人過左2年咁樣嘅生活，差唔多日日都困喺屋企，如果話冇崩潰你都唔信啦。依家回望返，都依然覺得當時嘅生活係灰色嘅。因為我係極度e人，要有社交先生存到。喺嗰2年入面一直都有試下搵study partner，喺tg dm問人要唔要一齊讀，甚至有諗過喺考場度r人之後一齊讀。咁當然都係失敗啦，最終都係得我一個去面對。呢2年可以話係人生最低潮嘅時候，同坐監冇乜分別，成日同屋企人食食吓飯就喊，心理上日日都覺得好辛苦。甚至最後有埋情緒問題，到依家都要食藥先瞓到。

雖然自修好苦悶，但正正因為唔使返學校，所以係幾flexible，比左一個好寶貴嘅機會我去explore唔同嘅嘢。嗰陣有去唔同clinic做shadowing、義工。另外因為自修好彈性，去邊度讀都得，所以我甚至去左其他國家旅居(都係讀IAL，只係轉左去其他國家嘅圖書館/餐廳度讀)。呢啲機會都係因為自修先有。自修有好有唔好，但如果比我再揀，就真係不了啦。人生嘅選擇又冇話後唔後悔嘅，畢竟人嘅心態不斷會變。你今日嘅想法，聽日又可能變。當大家諗要唔要選擇自修時，不論retake dse定IAL，都一定要考慮清楚，呢個真係一個地獄嚟，警世。

Btw如果大家都係自修報緊nonju嘅，記得一定要考predicted grade，我會話pg仲緊要過final grade，佢會決定你收唔到到offer。而跟學校讀緊IAL嘅，都要努力考好pg，pg係個關鍵。除咗med/bds，只要你早報名，考到個靚pg，基本上攞到conditional offer嘅機會都好大。如果大家正諗緊自修/自修緊IAL嘅，都可以dm傾下。有問題關於自修嘅隨便問。

給大家的說話: 其實冇大家想像中咁難，小弟我第一個sem gpa得2.74，後面拉返個尾盤上返3.42，雖然都唔係非常高，但係我想講呢啲就係努力既證明。留意返，唔係叫大家第一個sem爛grade之後都輕鬆追，係想比大家知就算真係爛左都好，都唔好咁灰住，只要肯努力讀，一定有得救。
同埋我想講有時你認認真真上lecture聽個lecturer up仲不如返屋企認真咪下份lecture notes，有用好多。
