Why do libtards seethe and rage so much against insider trading? Can someone give me an actual argument to why insider trading is bad other than "muh unfair advantage" ?
It is a crime to "disclose insider information". Why does the state get to decide what I can and can't say about the financial state of a company? Unless there is a contractual obligation to a business entity or stakeholder to keep quiet about certain information, I don't see why it shouldn't be allowed to freely speak and act on this kind of knowledge.
