I don’t ever feel tired from working honestly, because i love what I’m doing.
Things like burnout, overwork, they’re not applicable to me at least. When you put all your time and energy building a vision, you’ll have an unlimited supply of energy and self-motivation.
That’s why I always said, have a purpose. If you rely on YouTube motivational video to get pumped some days, that’s not real you. It won’t lasts.

Sleep is a subjective topic. I’ve seen people sleeping 12hrs a day, still taking naps, complaining they’re tired. These are people that do absolute nothing.
To me, I sleep an average of 5-6 hrs per day. Normally around 12-1am, wake up around 5-6 am. I got one big principle, which is I don’t ever work looking at the clock.
I don’t really get it when I see people measure the amount of hrs they work. Why would you calculate of “I worked 10 hrs today”, this is such a 9-5 mentality.
I am goal and task oriented. What I do is I simply have a to do list everyday, and I make sure I complete all my task. There are days I literally work from 5am till midnight, the only break time I have are lunch and dinner. Why do I work 15-18hrs? Because there’s so much work and I need to make sure I improve and grow everyday.
There are also days where I finish my work earlier and I get to spend more time with my family, also do my daily reflection.
Focus on your task, don’t measure the number of hours. Some people can spend 10hrs ‘working’, but all they do is sit and go blank.
