We've noticed an ongoing scam targeting our users through unofficial Telegram channels and websites. To keep our community safe, please be aware of the following:

1️⃣ Fraudulent Telegram channels are redirecting users to fake websites offering rewards. Our only official Telegram channel is https://t.me/moonletwallet, and our official website is https://moonlet.io. Avoid any other groups or websites claiming to be associated with Moonlet.

2️⃣ Your secret phrase is private. Never share it with anyone claiming to offer rewards or help.

If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is! Please be cautious and stay alert to avoid scams. We appreciate your attention to this warning. Your safety and security are our utmost concern.

The connectivity issue has been resolved.

There is a node connectivity issue going on and not an app issue. The devs are hands on and we are in contact with our infra providers.

However please expect some ups and downs next days since we are getting close to the Zilliqa network upgrade.

We have fixed the issue, however still investigating the root cause. Please let us know how it goes.

We are aware that there are few hickups with regards to claiming rewards feature (Again!). We are investigating as we write here. Hopefully it will be solved very soon. Thanks for your understanding.

What is happening in Ukraine now is a tragedy and it is very hard to find the proper words. We, the Moonlet Team, stand with all the people affected by this unprovoked act of violence. Therefore we decided to remove Moonlet from the App Store for both Russia and Belarus. Also some of our services are temporarily suspended for both countries.
