A Delhi-based law firm is looking to recruit an Associate to work on secondment with a prestigious autonomous statutory body. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel on corporate contracts to the statutory body. Your contributions will play a crucial role in safeguarding Government interests and ensuring strict adherence to policy frameworks in contracts between the Government and private entities.
Candidate Profile:
1. 4-5 years of prior experience in corporate advisory work and contract review, red-lining of contract and contract management.
2. Active litigators possessing experience in and familiarity with commercial/ contractual matters, tender related issues are encouraged to apply.
3. Prior experience in Cyber/IT Laws / Tender, RFIs/ RFQs/ RFPs, and bid management, understanding of Government procurement rules and practices is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Strong verbal, written communication and documentation skills are mandatory.
 
The candidate shall be required to work physically out of the office of the autonomous statutory body. They will have the opportunity to work with senior officials and seasoned legal professionals along with regular mentoring by the Managing Partner of the firm.
