The RHODL Ratio is a metric that assesses the relationship between the Realized Value of UTXOs(coins) held for one week versus those held for a span of one to two years. This ratio is adjusted to account for the increasing trend of long-term 'HODLing' behavior by multiplying it by the number of days that the cryptocurrency market has existed.

A significant increase in the 1-week RHODL value compared to the 1-2 year value can be interpreted as a signal that the market may be entering an overheated phase.

In contrast to other on-chain indicators, the RHODL ratio stands out for its reliability, as it did not provide a false signal of a cycle peak in April 2013. This distinctive trait grants it an advantage over alternative on-chain metrics.

Currently, the RHODL Ratio is approaching the upper band, an indication that BTC continues to remain bullish.

Reserve Risk is a Bitcoin chart that allows us to visualise the confidence amongst long term bitcoin holders relative to the price of Bitcoin at a given moment in time.

When confidence is high and price is low then there is an attractive risk/reward to invest in Bitcoin at that time (green zone). When confidence is low and price is high then risk/reward is unattractive (red zone).

Investing in Bitcoin during periods where Reserve Risk is in the green zone has produced outsized returns over time.
