I don’t mean to alarm anyone but this is the only way I can see to protect everyone and ensure the group that wants to ride this out will not need to worry about charts, whales, dumping etc.
Anyone wanting to increase your position must do it by the 30th of January. I anticipate some owners will opt for taking their profits and going. After that, only current owners can buy more at the increased/adjusted market price.
Please consider your options carefully before making your decision.
This is about to be a really fun ride fam. Ship sails promptly 1 Feb. it’s go time and all indicators are pointing straight up.
Please share with everyone you know has tokens but maybe don’t participate in AMA. I want to give everyone that doesn’t want to be part of what’s about to happen, the opportunity to raise questions for themselves and make informed decision. VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AND PREPARE QUESTIONS FOR AMA.
1. Updates
- Farm is in excellent condition. We will be harvesting In February. Finally here
- We have secured orders for 5 tons so far and have the product to fill the orders. I will attach the Certificates of Analysis
- We can now deliver into all of EU through Portugal
- We are now getting permit for Australia starting with 500kg monthly. Permit expected end of month
- Current 900kg order is waiting for corrected address on import Permit. Expected next week.
- 7Hydroxy order has successfully made it to USA. Now we’re in negotiations for time line to achieve 300kg monthly. We charge $25,000 per kg. I’ll share the delivery schedule when it’s finalized next day or two.
- Onboarding with Smart Nature for export (4 tons monthly requested) this is a different business model. Cash and carry in Thailand.
- Already onboarded with Australia. Also different model, they do finished product so it requires repackaging and selling. Payments are slower but revenue is 2x better
- Celebrity agreements have been negotiated and moving forward
- USA VA is putting out new guidelines in March for reimbursement of medical cannabis treatments. 6 tons monthly requested from Veterans Pharma
- Native American groups are coming onboard for medical cannabis program on Reservations which are sovereign land
- We were selected to implement the Agritech Track and Trace software. Thursday Norby and myself will be meeting with working group assigned to facilitate this
2. Agritech Company Structure
- For past 6 months I have been exploring how to structure disbursements while stabilizing the charts. None of the options considered addressed the tax liability and burden. My Attorney and accountants have never experienced this scenario where all the revenue is being disbursed to non owners, non service providers, non operating contributors, so that has been a problem for them in providing the solution I was seeking. I finally concluded through extensive talks with attorneys and accountants that I have two options…1. Take all the revenue and pay the 35% personal tax withholding and then disburse. This is the easiest and most efficient option for me but it will leave recipient with a tax liability they may need to report. I will not report money going out and will not seek and tax documents. Anyone that provides an invoice for services from their company is exempt from the 35% withholding. 2. I establish a new Company “Agritech” and every token owner will have a proportional ownership in the Thai company. This is a huge accounting pain on the ass for me as I have to deal with 200 owners and getting original signatures and meeting minutes etc etc etc. But I appreciate you guys and I will do that to save everyone 35% if that’s what majority want. The withholding on this option is 10% dividend tax since you’re all owners but there is not double taxation. At end of year the attorney will send a tax document that you file in your home country to get the 10% credited back.
In both scenarios, we will lock the buying and selling on 30 Jan meaning if you don’t want to participate in ownership, I request you unlock and sell before Jan 30. If you’re staying, you don’t need to do anything and we will begin process of one of the options. Locking the buying and selling on chart does not mean you cannot increase your bags. The tokens are merely converted to shares and if you want to purchase more with your disbursement revenue, it’s a simple share transfer from treasury to you done by attorney. Nothing regarding rev share changes. Our targets appear to be spot on and I expect 50% to 200% monthly returns for most of you. We do have an algorithm for tracking share value when purchasing more so there will always be a market priced based on current shares issued vs in treasury.
This is a REALLY REALLY good thing for everyone.
