3. Resolution 1701: Both nations affirm the significance of adhering to UN Security Council Resolution 1701.

4. Self-Defense: These commitments do not restrict either Israel or Lebanon from exercising their inherent right to self-defense.

5. Authorized Forces: Only Lebanon's official security and military forces are permitted to bear arms or operate in southern Lebanon.

6. Weapons Supervision: The sale, supply, and production of weapons and related materials for Lebanon will be overseen and regulated by the Lebanese government.

7. Dismantling Unauthorized Facilities: All unapproved facilities involved in weapon production or related activities will be dismantled.

8. Confiscation of Unauthorized Weapons: Military infrastructure and positions that do not align with the agreement will be dismantled, and all unauthorized weapons will be seized.

9. Monitoring Committee: A mutually agreed-upon committee will be established to monitor and support the enforcement of these commitments.

10. Reporting Violations: Israel and Lebanon will report any potential violations to the monitoring committee and UNIFIL.

11. Border Security Deployment: Lebanon will deploy its official security and military forces along all borders, crossing points, and within the designated southern region as outlined in the deployment plan.

12. Israeli Withdrawal: Israel will withdraw its forces south of the Blue Line in a phased process over a period of up to 60 days.

13. US-Facilitated Negotiations: The United States will promote indirect negotiations between Israel and Lebanon to establish a mutually recognized land border.

🔴Iran this morning with the release of "NOTAM B0881/24" titled "Rocket Launch" which starts at 4:30 UTC on November 22 and continues until 12:30 UTC on November 26 ], announced to the flights passing over the area listed in NOTAM to fly at an altitude of 12,000 feet above sea level when the above NOTAM is active.

🔴The area included in NOTAM is the same as the previously announced NOTAM (NOTAM B0869/24) , in the southern region of Semnan but with a smaller area (an area of about 6000 square kilometers) and is located in the southern area of the Shahroud missile facility of the IRGC Aerospace Force.

A 15:20 today, the Israeli enemy launched an air aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting a number of residential buildings in the Mazzeh neighborhood in Damascus and the Qudsaya area in the Damascus countryside

“It still remains down, but far from out,” said Brett Holmgren, the acting Director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

“Our assessment is that the Israeli military actions have significantly degraded Hezbullah’s military capabilities,” Holmgren said during a webinar with the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).

But he warned that the group had built up a massive arsenal of rockets, missiles and other capabilities before the latest war with Israel.

“The leadership losses have had an impact on their ability to organize and to strategically put together a way forward. But the ground forces in the south remain somewhat intact,” Holmgren said on Tuesday.

As for Hezbullah’s wing responsible for attacks and operations outside of Lebanon, Holmgren warned that these capabilities “have largely been untouched.”

He specified the Islamic Jihad Organization (IJO) and other external components of Hezbullah as having suffered “little impact thus far.”

Polls show that Americans consider Muslims to be subhuman. For the US and Israeli governments, this kind of dehumanization is absolutely crucial. Citizens will not easily let their governments exploit people they have respect for. And, that is where Baron Cohen's "comedy" plays its role in promoting Western imperialism.

First of all, we know that war crimes occur in every war. In earlier times this was considered common practice. From the late 19th century onwards, armies began to be disciplined. There are records of shootings of war criminals from WW2. Afterwards, humanity wanted to usher in a new epoch and redesigned international law and the law of war. Yet war crimes did not stop. Since the invention of social networks, a new era has dawned. Almost nothing happens in secret anymore.

In particular, soldiers of the AFU and the most moral army in the world are noticeable because they shamelessly upload pictures and videos of their crimes to social networks.

Today we are not talking about murders, rapes and the mistreatment of POWs, but about completely senseless, useless damage to property, generally referred to as 'vandalism.'

This is politically incorrect because the vandals are wrongly accused of 'vandalism'. The vandals became victims of propaganda because they reversed social conditions. The dissatisfied could read and write and their lies became part of the tradition.
